Amazing quality and serice
The process from design to delivery was straight forward. Once delivered there was no problem with installation but I was glad I let a carpenter do it for me.
Every stage of the process, from initial design through to after sales support was a quality experience, knowledgeable people and excellent response times. The product is also high quality, solid build, precise measurements and high quality fittings.
Excellent wardrobes supplied by Online Bedrooms. We were thrilled by how well they fitted together and into our measured space. You could not have wished for better fitting. The finish was perfect and the drawers were so smooth. Perfect.

I found the whole experience very easy as Daniel was very helpful and ready to re do the plans without complaint. The delivery of the wardrobes was very good with no issues as the items were well packaged. Instructions to assemble were easy to follow and I was impressed with the quality. Overall a good experience and I would highly recommend this company.
From the first contact I expected a good outcome for this purchase and I was not disappointed in any way. I bought 3 fitted wardrobes, a 4 drawer chest and 2 bedside tables and I am very pleased with the outcome. The design, delivery and the quality of the furniture was excellent. Any small issues were speedily resolved by Aleksandra in customer services. I would recommend this company to anyone.
Recently purchased a fitted wardrobe for my main bedroom , from Start to finish the process was really easy , wardrobes are made of good quality and easy to assemble. Wanted to add an extra shelf so contacted the company and was delivered a extra shelf without any issues, the overall price of the wardrobes are really good 👍 will be using again for my other rooms.

Charley assisted us with two sets of fitted wardrobes for a new build that we had. She was very professional throughout and the wardrobes arrived quickly, were well package and easy to install. They also look amazing and are well built and durable. I would certainly recommend this company.
I can't recommend enough after using online bedrooms to design 5 wardrobes for us. For anyone looking for suggestions, go with either light grey, sage green or natural Nebraska oak. Dark colours will leave finger marks so I wouldn't advise going for those unless you really have to. Material is solid 18mm thick mfc which gives everything a very solid finish. If you're planning to do it yourself you're expected to be a bit handy with some basic tools like cutting straight cuts and sanding. If not it's worth paying a handyman to fit it for you. I hope this review helps.
Website was well designed and worked well. Design team were helpful and responsive over the phone. Final design came promptly by email attachment and the team were able to make several further adjustments to make the best use of the space. The wardrobes arrived flat packed, well packaged and without any damage. Drawer units were already constructed. There were good assembly instructions and videos. There were no wrong or missing items. An excellent overall experience. Considering doing a wardrobe in another bedroom soon!
The two meetings with the designer were great. He was very helpful and suggested improvements. The room is a bit awkward due to loft hatch and some irregularities. My builder measured the room several times and we gave them to the designer. Delivery day. A huge number of boxes and over 1000 screws. The quality is superb. There was an error with the measurement but we managed to find a workaround. Don't be fooled that this can be put together in half a day with a screwdriver though. This took 4 days by an experienced builder who had to cut and adjust many of the panels. This was a walk-in wardrobe with shelves, drawers and three hanging wardrobes. I am very impressed with the quality and pleased with the purchase.

Value for money and excellent customer care, I was even advised on alternative doors which significantly reduced the cost without compromising the look and quality.
Online Bedrooms wardrobes are incredibly well made. As good as any high end retailer such as Sharp. Fantastic value for money and well within the reach of any competent DIYer. Daniel in sales and Vicki in customer support could not have been more helpful.
The whole experience has been very good, from online design options and directions, virtual design session, ability to make amendments and the overall quality and finish of the product. My fitter was also impressed with the quality of the wardrobes and the ease of construction.
It all started great with designer being helpful and spending time to get measurements right. However one of the unit was ordered based colour advised by designer and no colour samples were suggested to order to check the match in real life. Unfortunately it was a wrong choice and company refused to take any responsibility in the process. The impression is we are only interested in sales and it is your DIY project . There is no end to end customer care service. And overall I agree that post sales they are unprofessional. Even if the customer acted on Online Bedroom advice it is still the customer responsibility for the whole project. You either need to be 100% sure what you are doing otherwise I don't recommend to work with a company as it can result in very expensive mistakes. Update following response of online bedroom: 1) samples were for the colour of the wardrobe not of the unit in question where issues occurred. None of the samples ordered had a colour recommended by designer, so sample should have been suggested as apparently is part of the standard advice 2) please be careful when checking the measurements given by the company in the final design , the holes for the shelf was drilled too low so the clothes are too low and drop on the shelf need to pay extra to get that fixed . Useable space inside the wardrobe is much smaller due to thick panels , you loose 20 cm in height and 15 in width/ length of the wardrobe. So please stay away unless you know what you are doing and understand dimensions etc. I am not bothering to even raise a complaint because they showed their true colours and customer care ( lack of).
