I only did one order from mercari with them, turns out the mercari seller was a scammer and quickly noticed when they recevied the package, despite they did not offer product protection for the items i was ordering (tcg), they took care of it buy reporting everything to mercari and managed to give me a refound, They really saved me, i would buy again from them!
Their customer service is not helpful and does not admit that they made mistake. In short, they posted wrong information about ECMS package size and restriction. When my package arrived in Japanese ware house, they just said it is too large to forward by ECMS, though it satisfied size restriction. I argued with them more than a week but not helpful at all. After then, I found that they changed webpage after that controversy. If wrong information is posted on their webpage, why they don't take responsibility? At least, they should have admitted their mistake. Not blame it as misunderstanding of customer.
I have been happily using From Japan's services for a few things many years back and I am back buying a lot this year. And as the deadline approaches, I am always notified so I don't forget. This system is really stress-free for me which is a big plus! I have recently made a mistake by buying from a scalper unknowingly, and they found a solution for me which was very unexpected and professional on their part, truly outstanding services, and the email exchange was always clear and kind :) I will continue using From Japan as long as I need for my own collection of Japanese cute things! ;)
