I am ordering form FJ platform for quite some time now. Generally, I was happy with the collaboration with only few minor exceptions. Lately, I have been a victim to a fraud sale from Surugaya and FJ is trying to find any possible excuse to avoid acknowledging the obvious fact of the misleading information provided on the Surugaya store. Unfortunately, if FJ is unwilling to protect customers from fraud, I will simply look for alternative vendors.

REASON: After an above expectations experience with the proxy service for (bidding and) shopping and shipping from Japan, I planned to share my review. AIM: I decided to purchase an almost new, limited edition photo camera on an auction site in Japan. EXPERIENCE: For ordering from The Netherlands, I needed the (bidding and) shopping and shipping proxy service of One Map by From Japan. They have adequate info for first time users of these proxy services. After giving the order I was clearly informed about a successful purchase and received instructions on how to have my camera shipped to The Netherlands. I appreciated the choices in payment and international shipping they offered and paid the duty, VAT and fee almost instantly. In the next step I had to wait for status information from the selected shipping company. That marked the start of very diverse experiences. Al along, I had a tough time trying to communicate with the shipping company. Unfortunately I didn't got any response on my inquiries about status, (confirmation of) customs clearing and delivery. I only received non-reply messages that were at least partially incorrect and inconsistent and contained persistent errors. When trying to consult the shipping company through their non-mail communication channels, I got looped through their virtual call assistant, chatbot and FAQ page, without any clue how to proceed. All together very annoying. Fortunately, my request for help to One Map by FROM JAPAN turned out to be handled exceptionally well. They contacted the shipping company in Japan on my behalf and kept me informed on a daily basis. I’m very glad with the support of One Map by FROM JAPAN. It made me feel confident and respected as a user. Finally it resulted in receiving my long awaited package, whish also seemed very well packed. JUDGEMENT: One Map by FROM JAPAN really is a valuable partner for proxy (bidding,) shopping and shipping and has an outstanding customer service, leading to an unexpected good experience. ADVICE: Easily choose One Map by FROM JAPAN as your trustworthy partner for proxy (bidding,) shopping and shipping.

One of the best proxy service I've been dealing with so far. No extra charges but the basic 500yen proxy fee by items. Also, when using Paypal, they only charge you once you've won the auction or bought the item. Their shipping calculator helps a lot to create your package and to know exactly what the final cost will be for every shipping options. And, speaking of packaging, the company will packed your items very well in a sturdy box and in a timely manner. The communication with them has always been excellent. All my questions, answered and all my problems, resolved. Again, One Map by From Japan is one of, if not, the best proxy service out there.

I always use this shipping company to buy Japanese pokemon cards and card boxes and sets. They always came with a safe packing, using plastic vacuumed and placing all the box, slabs and card together so they won’t shake around during shipping. The greatest thing is they offer regular 10% discount on all items in Mercari, Rakuma etc so I am buying during these time. Highly recommended and good customer support and services !! No time delay in buying an item as well. After 10 seconds it’s sold after I press bought button.

Been using it for more than a year, every few months I do a good amount of Proxy shopping on their site. I live in the EU, so it's pretty doable I think. The shipping itself is not as expensive, but beware of customs, they can add up a lot. the protection packaging that comes with the box is pretty well done, too. so far I haven't received anything broken or missing. I think they're pretty fair in their work, that has been my experience at least. I must say it does get more expensive over time, and their US proxy is super expensive, might as well get it from eBay sometimes...

I recently used One Map/From Japan for the first time to purchase a guitar from Digimart, and I’m extremely satisfied with the service. Initially, I was nervous about the packaging, but I had nothing to worry about. The guitar came with a hard case, which was securely cushioned inside the box, with additional paper padding around the guitar inside the case for extra protection. OM/FJ secured the guitar several hours faster! Not only that, but they also have fewer fees and I feel are more transparent with their pricing. For example, before they purhcased, they confirmed with me that domestic shipping wasn’t free, whereas Japan Rabbit simply added the extra charge without notifying me. Overall, I’m extremely happy with OM/FJ and will definitely use them again!
