While the interface of the website is fine, recent changes to how items are searched for and increased fees have made me switch to using another site if my item totals are amount to less than ¥10,000. Aside from that, it's annoying how it appears that the search function now defaults to only searching from Mercari once a link has been oppened.

This business are so helpful. I had a question about a stereo I purchased, and they sent me photos of it to confirm, before it was delivered to me. They answer fast and friendly. Also everything is packaged so well when I receive it. I can rate them 5 out of 5. I love buying from them! Reliable!

I made an order in july of 2024, and it was not properly added to my shipping list until complaining to customer service for 5 months where it was finally added in january 2025, as im getting ready to ship my goods, precious items that were ordered in december 2024 had been discarded for staying in storage for 45 days. I will also add that the order from july is incomplete and after a long back and forth with the customer service, I decide to accept the incomplete order to avoid wasting any more time as they will not do a partial refund. it seems a lot more effort is put into discarding your items than acquiring them.

I've been using this website for almost a year now. Glad i was able to stumble upon it and I've been shopping without any worries. Did tons of purchase and i was able to step up my Ultraman, Digimon, Final Fantasy VII, other anime and japanese goods collection. Used both from Japan and from USA without any issues and would love to continue in the future!

I've used this proxy for a few years now and they're my favorite. They frequently offer coupons and the fees are affordable. They also don't charge you until the order is confirmed which I appreciate. Customer service also replies very fast and is helpful.

Équipe sérieuse et réactive. les colis arrivent toujours à destination. Le conditionnement des colis est parfois un peu mal fait et certains produits arrivent légèrement abimés. Je recommande chaudement néanmoins.

One Map was very helpful with getting a digital file that was attached to an order. They reached out multiple times to ensure everything was in order, and all responses were made in a timely manner over the weekend, despite their disclaimer that responses should be expected within their business hours on the weekdays.

I'm glad that FJ is affiliated with Mercari and works on my behalf for my orders. Recently, I placed an order for an item, made the payment, and the order was processed. However, I discovered that someone else purchased the item just minutes (or possibly seconds) before I placed my order. Shortly after, I received an automated message informing me that FJ couldn't complete the order because the item had already been sold to someone else. Along with that message, the exact amount I paid was instantly refunded, and my order was canceled. I must say, the convenience of FJ's automated system is impressive, especially during their closed hours! Thank you for a great experience. I'm truly amazed by this service and, once again, I’m glad that I shop here! :)
