We've travelled with Olympic for, what I'd consider, a number of years and over time you become used to getting on with things, especially on the islands (meet and greets with excursions aren't a thing for us anyway). However sometimes you need a hand - this with TUI's Manage My Booking/boarding passes. Contact with Dora Messiou of Olympic Holidays, problem solved! Fast, efficient, friendly - a great service. Olympic, don't lose this lady!

Everything was great, no complaints on my trip to Zante

We have recently returned from zakynthos after celebrating our amazing wedding. From the minute we spoke to Rachael to book the wedding, to arranging all the final details with Lauren and then celebrating our wonderful day with the help of Helen - everything was perfect. No question was too much trouble and Lauren would always go above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. After planning a wedding in the UK which was unfortunately cancelled due to covid, I was so nervous to plan another one - but everyone at Olympic was so helpful and made it such a fun experience. They use the best suppliers and it was more beautiful than I could have imagined (or planned myself!!) Thank you to everyone involved in our perfect day.

I have just returned home after celebrating my wedding in Zante on Cameo Island. I cannot fault Olympic Weddings at all, Lauren and Rachael were amazing from start to finish and were able to make our day even more magical than we ever expected. Nothing was too big or too much of a hassle for either of them, no matter how awkward some of my requests may have been!! Every aspect of the wedding and holiday ran smoothly and every single detail was thought of and covered. Our reception at Braxos surpassed every expectation and looked exactly how I imagined it too. Nothing was too much hassle (even with some very last minute changes from me!). Definitely book the Greek Dancers and Lee the DJ was insane!! It truly was the most magical experience of our lives and we owe it all to Olympic Weddings!

Review is actually for Joanne, Olympic rep Crete. Travelled with another airline, on return journey flight was, delayed and then cancelled, deplaned early Hours of the morning. Chaos at Heraklion airport. As an older lady I was very stressed and contacted Joanne as I'd met her the year before. She got out of bed after 4 am to take me to her flat. Exceptional service, above and beyond as I wasn't her customer. She deserves a medal. I can't say how much I appreciated her help.

Another wonderful holiday at Hara’s studios in Katelios As always the rooms are clean on arrival and cleaned and refreshed regularly, with fresh sheets and towels provided at least twice a week Hara personally ensures all is good and that her guests are having a lovely holiday - we have been coming here for 15 years and the gardens and pool are peaceful and a delight We look forward to returning again next year

Brilliant! Just arrived home from another wonderful visit to Andros and also Tinos. All ferries and taxi transfers were on time and we received emails from Olivia to check if we had any issues. We stayed at Aelos Bay in Tinos and Chryssi Akti in Andros. We had a wonderful time on both islands. Thank you Olympic Holidays for your fantastic customer service, a special shout out to Shelley Kingston, Joe and Olivia for their professionalism.

Not long back from our two weeks Holiday to Crete and we had a fantastic time, this is the 20th plus holiday to the Greek islands all booked with Olympic , they are simply THE BEST. Joanne our rep was wonderful, she was so helpful her customer service is exemplary Nothing was to much trouble and she kept us in the loop regarding our return journey and coach pick up times, Thank you Joanne and all the team at Olympic for your outstanding service I could not recommend you enough Many Thanks Elizabeth Theresa

We have enjoyed holidays in Paxos for many years and for the last six years we have travelled with Olympic Holidays. We are very impressed with Joe Hill, the Olympic rep. The transfers are well organised and any issues are quickly resolved. We hope to travel to Paxos next year using Olympic holidays

Went to castle view apartments in Haraki There’s nothing good to say about them, dirty, shower and tiles need replacing. Bad smell constantly from drain, unable to use aircon because as soon as it was turned on mosquitos flew into room. Owner was not answering phone, apartment was never cleaned and the only time anyone bothered turning up was to collect money to pay for aircon which I refused to pay. Might say Castle view but the view was the car park directly outside gate along with the derelict car that’s there. Towels were really rough and stained the milk holder inside door of fridge couldn’t be used as it was broken in half. Contacted the Olympic rep to find out pickup time as we never heard from them.Also asked how often they as a company actually checked this accommodation. The reply was every 2 weeks which was not true otherwise all the things that were wrong would have been fixed. So Olympic before you send someone else here in extreme heat I suggest you get someone to actually maintain and clean the air conditioner units out.

I cannot thank Lauren enough for helping us plan our wedding! I felt like i spent so much time researching the right company or planner and for the right location. Our wedding is booked in such a beautiful location and the process was so easy. Cannot thank Lauren at Olympic Holidays enough!

Just back from 2 weeks in Lassi Kefalonia. Our accommodation had been changed from our original booking but this wasn't a problem, good size room and great shower. Although we didn't get to meet our rep Les, he was very helpful in giving us directions to our accommodation and keeping in touch whilst we were there. He was also helpful on our last day when we had a late flight home and an early checkout. A big thank you to Les and to Olympic for a great holiday
