Shelley was really helpful with information about our chosen resorts and hotel. She responded to my queries promptly. She was able to offer me just what I was looking for.

I booked a week in Skiathos, single passenger, with airport transfers paid. On my homebound flight the transfer coach did not pick me up as arranged. After a 20-30 minute wait I had to sprint through Skiathos to the port taxi rank and hire a taxi to take me to the airport. This whole experience was extremely stressful. I made it with just enough time to spare before the desk closed. On return I went to my travel agent on 22nd May to request a refund of my taxi fare. They did so but after almost two months (17th July) the money due to me has still not been refunded. Shameful, discourteous and very poor customer service. The holiday itself was fine until the horrible end. But be aware of the disrespectful way Olympic are treating this customer.

Olivia, Panos (driver) and the team made sure we had the most wonderful and stress free holiday on the island of Agistri. Accessible, helpful and friendly... there if we needed any local information at any time. Olivia organised everything to ensure our transfers and stay were just perfect! I would highly recommend Olivia and this travel company and destination.

Really useful WhatsApp chats and reservations process for excursions with Neil. Directed through apps and pre reserved trips. We were welcomed with a pack from hotel management from Olympic for medical , health, trips, recommendations, car hire , and app download details for best enjoyment on the island. Would use again without fuss. Very happy

Just home from 2 weeks holiday in Kalamaki Greece beautiful place . I travelled with my disabled father and 2 children we stayed at donis and tonia apartments . The staff were brilliant and very accommodating for my disabled parents and couldn’t do enough for my father . Huge thankyou to Neil our rep from Olympic holidays . Neil has been so helpful and kind and took the time to visit the apartments to check in on us and have a chat about travel issues we were having . Neil sorted our transport out so we could all travel together due to needing special assistance . Nothing was too much trouble for Neil he was always available if you needed anything . Thankyou Neil for everything you did for us it was very much appreciated. 😀

Majestic hotel in zante Do not go! We have travelled with olympic holidays a number of times but so disappointed with this hotel. It was like a youth hostel lads and girls coming back about 3:30/4 am screaming and shouting drunk. The first day the pool was absolutely disgusting. I would never usually review a hotel but this was such an upsetting experience and we paid nearly £1000 per person! Food was awful service was terrible 😫 I will think twice before booking with olympic again as feel very let down.

Lovely hotel, the service was second to none, the staff couldn't do enough for you and I can see why people return year after year. Just want to say a special thankyou to the Olympic rep, Amanda who went above and beyond to squeeze us onto a boat trip before our return home and also left us free tote bags which was a lovely touch.

Kalamaki Beach Hotel is a great location and sort of speaks for itself. Fabulous place and as such I have been going for 31 years. I have always booked with Olympic. Every trip I’ve had has been smooth. Olympic deals with everything for you at the booking stage. The Reps in the resort are easily contactable via the app or WhatsApp and are very, very helpful. Amanda was particularly helpful with a mistake I had made regarding transfers at the booking stage. Amanda went above and beyond to resolve the situation for me, which had been my error all along! She kept in regular contact with me and ensured I was happy with the outcome. She also checked that I hadn’t made the same error for my next booking with them in August. With Olympic you don’t feel on your own. If our Rep missed us when visiting the hotel there was always a note under our door with contact details on and information about the resort. They get the balance right between feeling supported but without being intrusive. Kalamaki is a great location for couples and anyone with children, the beach is safe and the sea shelves out in depth slowly so it’s great for smaller kids too. The sea is gentle and the beach is clean! There are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from and the resort is close to Laganas for anyone fancying a livelier night. Cannot recommend Olympic or the resort highly enough.

Our travel agent recommended Olympic as a Greek holiday specialists and we found the perfect place for us in Zante at the Zante Star. What an amazing property! The family run business was immaculate and everything was done to a very high standard. All the staff were polite and friendly, the team couldn't do enough for you. We did our research about the location of the property and the facilities and we weren't disappointed. As for Olympic, the meet and greet at the airport on arrival was smooth sorting our transfer quickly and efficiently - even upgrading us to a private taxi at no extra cost. Shout out to Amanda who was always at the end of the phone via WhatsApp to answer any queries we had.

Just been on an island hopping trip to Athens, Syros, Tinos and Andros. The organisation was fantastic from the moment we landed in Athens we were met by a rep from Olympic along with our taxi driver, she gave us our itinerary with all the dates and times of our pickups for each leg. Olivia made contact by “WhatsApp” as soon as we arrived and was in contact with us regularly during our trip to ensure we were happy. When one of our ferries were cancelled due to high winds she immediately called to let us know of the changes to our schedule, she also messaged us on our return to Athens even though it was out of office hours. All our hotels were great and we had a wonderful holiday experience, we will definitely do this again with Olympic.

Our stay at Nostos Hotel in Frikes, Ithaca was excellent. Nikki, the owner of the hotel is very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Les, our Olympic Holiday Representative was always available when needed. We've used Olympic Holidays for a few years now and never been disappointed. 👍

Kalaudis apt, Tingaki, Kos Lovely accommodation which is well maintained clean and tidy. The pool has both adult and child pools with ample sunbeds and a bar and eating area, there is also a bar in reception for evening drinks. Breakfast is a standard meal of both cooked continental choice. Our only grip was the washing machines were in a room under ours and were switched on at 4am so u were able to hear them.

Booking my holiday with David at Olympic holidays made really easy for me and was very helpful

The owner Alex is a great character, very helpful and supportive. Rooms basic but nice and clean. Minimal utensils in the kitchen, would benefit from a few more, like a little saucepan and a colander. Nice resort, not too commercialised. I would return to this hotel. Don’t expect luxury, it is what it is. We loved it 🥰 🇬🇷

The lady at Lord travel who provided our transfer was excellent, she was extremely helpful and informative throughout the whole journey. Unfortunately, the Alexander beach studios was a disappointment. There was no wi-fi in the apartments and no soap provided in the bathrooms which was both unhygienic and mean. We did raise this issue with the owner. We left after one night.

Just used olympic holidays for island hopping. We did Kefalonia and then Zante. Everything was so well organised. They reps were so helpful and responsive. Special thanks to Les on Kefalonia for sorting a doctors appointment and to Amanda for advice in Zante when my daughter wasn't well. Will definitely recommend.

Great holiday at Avra apartments in Lindos Rhodes, Tara was fabulous and kept us informed from start to finish. She is a great rep for Rhodes. Will be back soon as loved Nefeli Taverna situated alongside Avra on the beach. Perfect location. With spectacular views of the beautiful bay of the main beach in Lindos .
