we had a few issues with my order not being sent but that was sorted out with 1 quick email where i was refunded for my express shipping almost immediately:). i then received a broken piece but i would bet it was the post offices fault with that, when i notified olivastu a replacement was sent very quickly. couldnt complain about the support at all. would recommend! p.s great for birthday gifts on any budget.

Order took over a week and a half to arrive, which wasn't in time for a trip I had planned. Accessories arrived in good shape, but too late for my use.
