ordered a bong and glass tip which came quickly in very secure package. didn’t stop me from dropping it in the sink and smashing the bowl after the first go but oh well. would recommend

Quick delivery

I ordered a small kit and got delivered something completely different with items missing in damaged packaging. I also found it really difficult to get in to contact with the company. The worst online shopping I’ve ever had.

Still awaiting refund. Ordered on 28th January and chased up on the 4th Feb. (In fairness this was due to most of the emails getting stuck in my spam folder) Was told that an item i had ordered was not in stock, would I like to swap for something else or have a refund. I informed them that I would like the order cancelled and money refunded. 4 days later I'm still awaiting a response. This is the second online shop that has advertised stock they dont have. Due to this and the fact I'm awaiting a response and refund, I can only give 3 stars.

10/10 for customer service TRUSTED. I was a bit dubious to purchase at first as I’ve never heard of this site had a quick google and everything looked good. I was unlucky and had a delay with my item due to stock or an issue with the post, I waited a few extra days to see if turned up before mentioning the problem to there customer service. I spoke to Pritesh who was very helpful right away and got the problem resolved. I will be shopping with you again.

Hello I recently ordered a bong and the glass downpipe on it has snapped in half after we placed it on a hard floor. This wasn’t a fault on our behalf and now we cannot use the bong. Many thanks

I ordered a stash safe nut & Bold and a Duracell Battery bot arrived before the delivery date, the Bolt is excellent but the battery isn’t a convincing copy of the Duracell brand, however both serve the purpose for which I bought them
