I've ordered 12 50ml eliquid. 88 vape creme brule. Paid £38. I've received 30 small black empty cylinders. I've tried contacting you on the phone, by messenger, email, Facebook. Nothing. Basically you made a joke out of me. During Christmas. First time I've ordered from ebay, but from your store. I've ordered 10. You sent 1. Whe I called you, you apologised and sent me the rest. So, now I thought I'll order from you directly. A big disappointment. And I want my money back

Quality shop selling quality products. Just wish they'd stop sending those stickers telling me to order directly from the website. I do. I mentioned it previously. They replied "Point taken". It wasn't.
Good shop only issue is that the bowl peice that came with the bong wasn’t blown properly so it snapped in two before I got a chance to use the bowl ( it snapped in my hand btw ) but I had replacement bowls and chongz bongs have a tendency of being slightly blown wrong or bowl peice not being the best so it’s not olivastu fault it’s chongz fault but great service, fast shipping and the bong is very good and become a favourite just a shame chongz bowl prices can be fragile but this was probably just a one off and they have amazing customer service
