I placed my first order on Monday and received no confirmation e-mail but a quick call and being able to speak to a real human being made any issues easy to solve. There wàs a slight delay getting my order delivered but would & have ordered again.

Not sure how many stars to give this since my order was sent using Royal Mail while they were presumed to be striking, why not change mail provider to someone not striking that can send international quick? I was given two different tracking numbers, one with my order, doesn't work, one was sent from info[@]olivastu.com and it says the item was sent by Olivastu 3 days after the order was placed. The cyber attack happened around then. I ordered it on the 10th of January. Now my parcel sits there with no information on the tracking page. It's been fourteen days since I placed the order. I know a lot of this is Royal Mail issues but again why are you using a service that has so many problems right now? After talking with support for a while they organised a refund for me today (24th January) on the basis that if the items do get sent through I pay for them then which I think is fair. Having my money ($310AUD) tied up in an order not going anywhere for almost a month when it contained my vaporiser that I wanted to use for my medical cannabis was very inconvenient. I appreciate the resolution, though it seems a lot of other people have had issues with Royal Mail and those are the ones with accounts here who have complained. When in discussion with Olivastu it was mentioned they have had international parcels sitting not in transit with Royal Mail since the 28th of December! Again my order was placed on the 10th of January and they let it go through. It wasn't until I complained and the cyber attack was revealed that international mail was allegedly stopped on the website. Why not just use DHL?? Or anyone else.. *Order arrived, everything was good except the grinder. I ordered a very expensive grinder and was given the wrong one, annoyingly this grinders availability was the only reason I chose this website and I got given the wrong one.

Impressive range of products super cool merchandise to, I was looking for a smell proof bag/rucksack having previously used firedog which are OK not fully smell proof though but you get what you pay for. Revelry bags are definitely a step up in quality in particular the Escort Odour Proof Bag canvas edition. Brilliant bag really sturdy and hard-wearing lots of space 20+litres and most importantly not a single wiff of flowering buds. This really is the business thanks olivastu 💫💫💫💫💫
Easy to find product.Nice items on website.Only reason for 4 stars is because I ordered on the 23rd or 24th,it was shipped a week ago,but when I check tracking, it is still awaiting the actual item.So shipping,apparently takes a while.
I had ordered a grinder + storage container and the order is down as completed however the tracking number on the Royal Mail website doesn't work? I have not been able to get in touch with company

The items are ok but you need to use codes during every sale and they take like 3 days to actually ship the items it’s seems because Royal Mail always tells me the actual day they receive it. Now I know recently there have been strikes with Royal Mail but this happens EVERY TIME! I once paid extra for faster delivery and got it after about a week. Plus all the items that people actually want are always gone because the company is bad at estimating inventory.
Asking for a review of the product when I still haven't received it.
It took a week and a half late (Not sellers fault, alot of it was due to Royal Mail strikes) but when i opened the package the seller had not delivered all three items and only had delivered two. Will update this once support team gets back to me
