I ordered an item and got shipping confirmation the next day, 5 days go by and i get an email saying something isn't in stock and it will be posted the next day, 3 days later and still no tracking on royal mail. UPDATE: package was eventually shipped, seems like a fault on royal mails side as everything arrived intact and the customer service during my struggle was so helpful
