Order an ash tray which was supposed to be one of 5 cartoons designs. Neither of these 5 came and totally random one was provided. Bought a Smoke Arsenal scooby doo rolling tray. Tray that came was scooby doo but wasn’t smoke arsenal but still paid the price of one. Bong came scuffed and pattern was poorly printed. The customer service this company provides is from an out source company in India. No love or care in this business. Just exploitation. Would recommend going to your local smoke shop or market stall, will be much better for value. Would not recommend this business at all.

Really good products. Tobacco leaf was soo good. Tried all 3 flavours. Flame, straight and twilight.

After placing a negative review (see below) the Company got hold of me to apologise for the communication issues and resent my ordered with a little extra. This arrived within 48 hours tracked delivery. I appreciate the fast and professional response ! (1 Star Review( SCAMMERS !!!! Ordered and paid for my good from their website. Received a Order Confirmation 31/07/22. Received a Shipped email 01/08. Nothing arrived. We had Post Strick so left it a few weeks for it to arrive. Nothing. Emailed asking for an update on 20/08. No reply. Emailed again 02/09. No reply. Send a FB Message on 17/09, it was read but no reply.

Order # 000007778 Unfortunately i can't give them 0 stars.. I order and pay everything.. And Spent £32.49 .. I receive the confirmation email that all is confirmed and says will be being shipped soon then give me a link to check on the delivery status which i did to find out that every item has been cancelled. I received nothing explaining anything about a cancellation or refund or any reason why my order was cancelled in the first place. Now i have to check and find out if the payment i made has been refunded back to me as i have no idea when they cancelled it. As a first time buyer i doubt i will be returning to be messed around again.

Easy and quick with a great selection. I struggle to find the 130mm rolling papers in bulk but Olivastu never seems to be without the ones I want!
