Special ordered furniture promised in 4 to 6 weeks. Started to call Old Brick after 4 weeks to see if they had an idea when it would be in. Got vague answer 1st call. Called a week later and 1st person I spoke to that day told me furniture should be in that day. Got switched to another person who gave me the run around. Called next day and spoke to my sales person who said she would have someone get back to me. Never happened. When I called again was told my furniture wouldn't arrive for another 10 days. She at least tried to get an answer. I understand it was not under Old Brick's control when it would be ready but all I wanted was a straight answer. After speaking to the manager got my furniture delivered in 1 week. Love the furniture not the run around!

My wife and I were very pleased with the service we received. Our salesperson was very helpfull and spent a lot of time with as we chose the fabric for our couches. We also bought a dining room ser which was recently delivered. It looks great and the price was very reasonable .

Sales experience superb- all salespeople super helpful without hovering or pressuring you. Customer service on the phone- terrible. Rude women every time me or my fiance called to get an update on our furniture since they told us 4-6 weeks and it took over 2 months. Was annoyed by the delay which I understand is more a manufacturing issue but regardless wish Old Brick would keep customers updated if there is a delay or at the very least not be rude when you call nicely to check on it. Delivery was great- Estimated time was right on and two friendly men delivered it- did it carefully and quickly, unwrapped it and ensured it was placed where we wanted it. This was the Albany/Colonie Store.

We have purchased several things from the Old Brick. We have never had a bad showroom experience. The only issues we have had, are with delivery. We specifically requested morning delivery, due to a prior commitment. We were told during checkout, that there was no problem with morning delivery. On the morning of the 20th, we received a call stating that our delivery was going to be between 3 - 5. The delivery guys were very polite and apologetic, but we ended up being the very last delivery of the day. This is not acceptable, and it will influence our future shopping.
