I love shopping at Old Brick - the prices are reasonable, the service is great. However, my item was on order and I did not receive a call when it came in. And, the person I talked to when I called to find out the order status said that I was scheduled to pick it up the previous day. Really?? This is the 2nd time this has happened to me there.

I have purchased furniture and mattresses from Old Brick for years and always had a good experience until this time. The salesperson that helped me with the purchase of two recliners kept continuously pushing their furniture protection plan. Each time I declined he tried another angle to get me to purchase it. After the fifth or sixth time asking he finally realized I wasn't going to buy so he stopped. Also, Old Brick will not take your old furniture away....something I didn't know until they called to make delivery arrangements.

We had some unique needs with replacing our living room furniture, and the salesperson at Old Brick was very helpful and patient while it took a while for us to make final decisions. The special order was completed on schedule and the delivery staff did a great job. Totally satisfied, which is why we returned to Old Brick for this purchase after previous satisfaction.

My husband and I had a great experience with Old Brick we took our time about three hours and the salesman helped us the whole time. When it came to the stuff being delivered I couldn't ask for anything more nothing was scratch the guys took their time unwrapping it to make sure that nothing was damaged they treated my home like as if it was theirs.

Purchased two full size beds for my teen boys, our sales person was informative,professional and friendly.prices were best in area. Delivery was exactly as promised,also quick and they were very pleasant. Overall a very pleasant experience will definitely go to Old Brick for all future needs. Thank you

I went to pick out a new bed. I had researched on their website before going to the store. When I got there I was looking at the 2 beds. I told them that they have the beds marked wrong and I pulled up their website. I showed them how online they are labeled one thing and in the store it is different. I questioned it multiple times and they insisted that online was wrong and they way they were listed in the store was correct. I finally had the mattress delivered and sure enough it was not the right one. I immediately went back in the store and sure enough now the beds are labeled correct just as they are online. I received the wrong bed and ended up having to pay an extra $110 because of their error.

Fine company. Tucked away in a great corner of the city, but we are very happy with them. No pressure and they sold us what we wanted. And they moved up our delivery for our move. Very nice. We will go back again.

My new bedroom suite was delivered and set up by two very nice young men. Love it! I gave the "average" score because my new headboard and a drawer will have to be replaced due to scratches.

The guys show up on time set the bed up and made sure that everything was ok.

I received the run around about picking up my new couch when I called the Troy office on the last Tuesday they were open a Diana answered the phone and I politely asked her if I could pickup my couch and she replied no Chris because it is our last day open and it will have to go to Albany and there is nobody here to load it for you then after saying nobody is here she asked a Jack if I could come pickup since I only live over the bridge in Watervliet and he said absolutely not. I then went on your website and filed a complaint for 2 different reasons which are stated above and then received a call on that Thursday from store manager Hank who offered to have me stop over because there were at least 5 guys there cleaning it out and it took us a total of 5 minutes to slide the couch off the dock right into the bed of my truck. This was a very poor decision by the 2 employee's that night and by the way I was never told I could not pickup on Tuesday if that's the response any employee gives. I spend a great amount of time and money at Old Brick and if it wasn't for Hank giving me access on Thursday the 1st of June I most likely would have brought my business elsewhere. overall a fair experience. I had to search for a salesperson. My purchased items were not readily available.. I did not receive it for three weeks. The price was a little on the higher side for the product purchased for the quality of the product.

Old Brick has very high quality furniture at excellent prices. The sales reps I worked with were wonderful and very accommodating to my needs. I am very happy with my experience and will be sure to shop at Old Brick again.
