Great customer service. I don't like feeling pressured or watched and at Old Brick, we were allowed to wander comfortably until we got a hang of what we wanted and then it was easy to find and get quality assistance.

The sofa is just as imagined and the delivery service was great too. They set it up for me and told me it wouldn't fit through the door at the room I wanted it so figured out another place to put it.

The chair we ordered was received damaged. Replacement chair was ordered and delivery scheduled. Old Brick delivered the same damaged chair by mistake. They then wanted us to wait another day for redelivery of the correct chair. I insisted on same day delivery. New Chair was delivered same day. Will not return to Old Brick for future purchases.

We recently purchased a Stearns & Foster mattress (5/13) sales people were very good. Although we didn't think that we would purchased right away we decided to go forward with the purchase. According to the paperwork & conversation with sales person we were going to receive a gift card. "a sale slip will be mailed within 7 business days after your receipt of your mattress. Please bring the sales slip mailed to you into any store to pick up and activate your gift card". Since it has been 3 weeks from delivery I contact the store. Trisha answered the phone and stated that Old Brick doesn't give gift cards and then told me that we already received the $100.00 credit off purchase price.. I don't understand. if the $100.00 credit was given instead of a gift card why was my invoice stating incorrect information? Trisha attitude was very edgy and hostile.

Great selection in the Colonie Store. We have purchased furniture a few times from Old Brick and are always satisfied. Sales persons do not work on commission. Prices are very competitive for quality furniture. Just keep asking questions if you're look for a new mattress. After lying on the "sleep mapper" (which I think is only a marketing tool) they will show you the too expensive Temper-Pedic line first. We ended up buying a "Regular" (No fancy super cooling foam blah blah blah) Stearns and Foster mattress, which are on display in the "other room" with no fancy stuff around them for a LOT less. Mattress works just fine for our needs.

Purchasing a tempurpedic foundation at Old Brick was extremely easy and convenient. The sales rep was very helpful and efficient. Very pleased with purchase and overall experience.

Wonderful.... I spent so much time looking for a couch and the Saleswoman was so patient and I never felt rushed. Plus the finishing process went by without a hitch. Great place to do business with.

I've made several purchases over the years and have always had an excellent experience. Our saleswoman was not hovering but always seemed to be right there when there was a question. Product quality is great, so happy with the purchase of a our sofa! Our delivery guys were awesome, friendly, conscientious and timely. A+++++
