We got the cheapest porcelain tiles and they are amazing quality. Ordering was smooth delivery was perfect. And every tile is in perfect condition. Can’t fault the customer service either.

Really good company the Indian sand stone was lovely….there was one slab broken out of 60….but unfortunately they would not replace it…they do advise to check the delivery before being signed for however that is impossible as they come in crates and the driver isn’t gonna wait until you have inspected every one….they also advise to order a little more than required for this reason as breakages can happen ….i would recommend nustone..a good company and a good product.

Easy website delivered promptly no problems
I ordered a pallet of Indian grey honed sandstone over the phone. It was super easy with a very helpful and pleasant assistant. The pallet arrived quickly by a great courier .The sandstone was nice and all were undamaged due to it being well packaged in a sturdy crate.
From ordering to delivery all went without a problem. Was kept informed of when slabs would be delivered and all arrived completely undamaged. Slabs will look fantastic once they are layed. All for a very reasonable price. (Except the handling charge for splitting a pallet) Although still cheaper than their rivals.
