Good communication, Fast Delivery, Good quality product. Down side- after very carefully unpacking tiles, we found 3 were broken. Took pictures of the broken tiles before removing from pallet. Notified customer service within the three days, only to be told that this is expected and no credit will be given. Customer service has since contacted me explaining their claims policy and agreed to credit the broken tiles. With this in mind I am more than happy to change my review from 3 star to 5 star and recommend the product to any future customers.

Visited Nustone on Saturday afternoon and was shown by Harry all the variations of paving slabs available. We chose there and then and by Tuesday morning they were delivered to my door. Extremely pleased with the product and the service we received from both Harry and the driver.

Found it difficult to check out wanted to do the 3 Klarna payments but could not get it to work. I ended up paying full amount which went straight through. As for the paving it is beautiful. When unpacked there were 2 broken tho.

Faultless company to deal with. Tile selection and payment was easy enough. Delivery kept me informed of the date and time of delivery (time was 4 hours later than planned but luckily someone was in all day). Tiles were packed and well protected. So far I have not come across any damage so I cannot say anything about how they deal with customer complaints. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for porcelain tiles.

One tile was cracked, the pallet snapped and I had to help the driver get it off

Easy to navigate website with lots of choice and good deals. Clear explanation for delivery and FAQ. Once ordered, contact at each stage and was able to track delivery which was an excellent all round service. Patio slabs came in well packed crate with only 1 out of the 50 ordered cracked. Would recommend and use again.

I can't find fault with anything. Ordering was easy, delivery was on time and packaged extremely well and with no damage to any of the porcelain flags. And the flags themselves are faultless. One thing I was worried about was if they had a bow in the flag with them being 1200x600, but they are almost perfect!!! I've only had a few out of 44 that have had about 1-2mm bow and you can't even tell when it's down. Amazing products

Awesome product and not 1 broken slab, just washed them ready to lay tomorrow and they look stunning, only 1 fault was delivery driver wouldn't put outside my garage even tho it's a very wide tarmac lane, but would recommend to anyone
