The helpful staff where patient and attentive and helped us make our choice of porcelain slabs

Ordered pavers, which were delivered on time and as per instructed. These were unopened waiting for our builder to start. When opened approx 1/3 were broken, cracked or chipped. We were informed we have 3 days after delivery to check so there was nothing they could do. I’ll buy local next time.

Good service delivery driver very helpful and asked for two items ordered separately to be delivered together and they were. Only issue was not knowing which day they would arrive .

Great products and competitive pricing. Had issues with broken slabs on delivery and the after sales support was just fantastic. I had replacements shipped very quickly, unfortunately again some were damage but I was quickly offered a refund or replacement. I could not have wished for better after sales service, especially from Ritika who emailed and called me at each stage with updates and made sure I was completely satisfied. Great company offering an excellent level of customer service which is truly rare these days with online retailers. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Easy to order and nice delivery man. Good communication. Slabs arrived individually wrapped with protective corner things on. Not opened each one yet as not laying them till next week. Did open one and it's lovely. So far so good. Hope there are no broken ones.

The product is fine, but dealing with people on the phone was a difficult process. I could not understand all that was said due to language! Had to call someone else to deal with my request.

I bought 25sqm of Rippon Buff paving slabs (60 x 90) in March. Due to work commitments, I’m just getting round to laying them this week. I have had these before from a different supplier and they were far superior to those supplied by Nustone. I totally understand that natural stone will be riven and have imperfections and vary in thickness. However, many of the slabs appear to have what I think may be a high metal content, making them appear to look quite dirty in places. Other slabs have very deep gouges in them. Totally natural I know but this makes some of them unusable as they would pose a trip hazard. Quite a few of the slabs I have had also have irregular large lumps and bumps making laying them flush nigh on impossible. I wanted riven paving but some of these take the mick. If I wasn’t so pressed for time I would have pursued replacements. The paving will be just about passable when I’m done but I do feel I got a bad batch with too many rejects. I would avoid in future.

I've given 4 stars as there were difficulties with delivery. Despite these difficulties, the company engaged with me through the customer service team and arranged an expedited next day delivery to rectify the problems. This extra follow up and customer focus made up for the delays to my project and restored my faith in Nustone. Nustone really went above and beyond to overcome thier delivery partner issues and ensure that I was a happy customer.

Ordered rainbow sandstone to be delivered to a work address Arrived on time , delivery driver friendly and helpful. Checked order before driver left all paver's where intact. cant ask for more
