Purchased a patio paving kit. 1 slab arrived broken and a couple varied in size from the description given. Helpful customer service from Ritu meant she was promptly able to replace the broken and incorrect sized tiles.

Recently ordered some samples from Nustone. They were well packaged and arrived promptly.

Ordering and costing went well without issue. Delivered on time with great help from to driver who placed the pallets just where I needed them. Issue with several broken slabs resolved ,special thanks to Disha who dealt with the problem in a professional and sympathetic manner. No doubts about recommending Nustone.

Further to my last review. After posting the bad review Nustone didn’t stop contacting me. Lots of phone calls. Once I spoke to the team they said they would refund me for my broken tiles but only if I changed my review. I thought I would rather keep my integrity rather than the £68 they were offering to change the review. These platforms are supposed to be for honest customer experiences and mine was awful until I posted the review.

The website was easy to navigate, well laid out and informative. Phone calls were answered very quickly by very knowledgable staff. Unfortunately I had a damage claim on delivery, this was handled extremely professionally by Ritika, she was my dedicated point of contact throughout the process, she was very supportive and professional at all times, arranging replacement slabs and delivering to my home address within two days. Prompt delivery and very well packaged slabs.

Ordered our porcelain patio slabs on Tuesday and the arrived by Friday. The delivery driver was very friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Pradeep at the Colchester branch. He couldn’t have been more helpful from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble for him - Thank you.
