Brilliant customer service which I really appreciate, delivery was great, only 1 slab out of the 2 crates damaged and that will still get used, natural stone isn’t easy to move about so for only one slab to be in half is a testament to the delivery company and people. Great value for money.

Great service, fair price & quick delivery

I ordered on Tuesday, and they were delivered on Thursday of the same week. The paving stones were very well-packed, and the delivery driver a great help. I am a cautious buyer, however, in my experience, I can highly recommend Nustone. Exceptional service and value. Their 5-star rating is well deserved.

I ordered 1 pallet of the grey tapestry porcelain tiles and we loved them so much I ordered another for a different part of the garden. However the second pallet wasn't an even amount of each pattern unlike the first. I got straight on to CS and spoke with Veronica and she sorted the issue within 24hrs. I've had the excess amount of the one tile picked up and the missed amount of the other dropped off all in time to be laid. We are still in the laying stage but will update with a pic once completed. No complaints here.

Sheena was very helpful about the pricing details and availability of the types of slab I was considering. She also explained the reason for the suggestion about ordering 5% extra slabs to cover any possible damage that would not be covered by insurance. In fact the slabs were delivered undamaged as they were very securely packaged. As a result I have 2 spare slabs, enabling me to slightly increase the size of the patio I had planned. The slabs look great, and I can't wait to get my new patio laid.

Was slightly nervous following some of the reviews being a little negative. One of the crates did arrive broken and one of the tiles had a little damage to the edge of one slab. The driver went without asking to sign for the delivery. Customer service at Nustone reacted promptly and asked for details of the damage. After we discovered that the vast majority of the slabs were perfectly usable, we dropped the case. So I get the impression this is a company that delivers a good product for a fair price and will respond to customers if a problem occurs.
