Fantastic service and products

Just bought some Indian sandstone slabs from Nustone. Not only were the slabs excellent quality, they were also excellent value. The slabs were really well packaged (no breakages). There was a problem with the courier, but this was resolved promptly to my satisfaction by the Nustone customer services team. Special shout out to Sheena who was courteous, understanding and got things sorted. Good company to do business with!

Nustone offers a great range of products. The amount of useful/helpful information on the website makes the decision much easier. I was able to get an excellent patio stone at a good price and delivered extremely quickly. I am thrilled with the product and the quality of the service - the only niggle was the fee for a split pack, but overall, I would highly recommend Nustone.

Discovered your page on the internet while looking for rainbow Indian sandstone due to the fact that my landscaping contractor did not know what it was. He had ordered the wrong stone from his main builder merchants. We then looked around on the internet and ordered a sample to show him and told him to buy it from your website.

We’ve bought six crates/pallets of porcelain paving tiles from Nustone. The products look good although it’s early days and I can’t comment on the long-term quality yet. But my problem is the pricing for single slabs. We needed an extra 13 slabs, which are already priced at a premium because they’re not part of a full crate (so you’d think the handing fee is built into that), and yet we were asked to pay an extra £85 for handling fee. That would have been reasonable if the loose slabs were priced similarly to crates on a per square meter basis, but they’re already more expensive so the handling fee on top doesn’t make sense. And there was a mention of additional £50 if we were to amend an existing order to add the loose slabs. Overall it worked out to be twice as expensive so we have given up on it and found an alternative solution. But this has caused a lot of problems for us. Update: the Nustone team got in touch with me to try and find a resolution. We couldn’t find a way forward as the delivery times won’t work for me anymore but I do appreciate the effort to try and resolve this. As such, I’ll add another star to my review.
