Brett our trainer was excellent - both professional and engaged.
This was my first time completing a course with Nuco, so I didn't know what to expect. I was completing a level 3 award in education and training and level 3 health and safety in the workplace. Within a couple of minutes I felt at ease. My instructor Glenn was wonderful, very inspiring and motivating as a trainer. The course was over 5 days, so very intense, but Glenn was supportive and made the course enjoyable. I had a smile on my face at the end of every day. The course materials were well laid out and I was provided with everything I need to successfully deliver my training I will be booking further courses with Nuco and proud to be a Nuco trainer now.

Nuco FAW Instructors course in Bristol last week was great. The instructor, Michelle, was brilliant and handled everything we threw at her in her stride. Definitely knew her stuff. The course itself was well laid out and fully explained to us at each stage. We had fun and laughs throughout which is always good as it helps to remember in my opinion. NUCO documentation was clear and shown the web portal for further courses. Look forward to doing more in the near future and definitely helped build confidence to teach the course. Have just attended the NUCO first aid instructors course, which was held in Bristol between 16 -20 May 2022. the course was delivered by Michelle Emerson. The course throughout was consistently delivered professionally, it was incredibly insightful and Michelle made it a really enjoyable process with good personal experiences and teaching tips.
The course was delivered fantastically, Paul MCKenzie who was such an enthusiastic lead trainer, opened up with the aims and objectives and ensured that the learning was delivered perfectly. He read the room and learning styles and was keen to push the candidates to achieve beyond what they all thought they could deliver themselves. It was a productive, informative and fully engaging experience in which I came away not only with enhance knowledge but the confidence to deliver to others. I look forward to being taught a course by Paul in the future
