Fun course great to catch up with the other local instructors as always nuco exceeded expectations

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Nuco Training - the whole experience was superb from beginning to end! The course was led by Glenn Evans, whose breadth and depth of experience and knowledge made the course extremely informative. Combined with impeccable pacing, he managed to convey a huge amount of information whilst keeping the group engaged and made the topic of first aid very fun!

I have just been on the five day advance first-aid instructor course in Telford. It was great I have left feeling confident that i can tackle my first aid instructor role. I am dyslexic and is very anxious about the paperwork side of the course. I rang before and Darren put my mind at ease that they can put reasonable adjustments in place to help me with reading my exams and answering questions verbally. There is coursework to do before but using dictation on a PC can help with that. Glenn Evan the trainer for the the week was fantastic, his fun manner puts you at ease straight away, he made what could've felt like a long weeks course flyby he was more than happy to make any reasonable adjustments relating to my dyslexia, which made me feel like I was never out of my depth. The classroom, food, parking and toilets were all great too.

Superb course delivered professionally

The course was an excellent one for trainers. The tools and techniques of training shared on that were not only useful for First aid training but could be used on different training sessions. The trainer was meticulous and knowledgeable and connected with the learners really well.

Michelle (trainer) was friendly and welcoming. She was direct and i loved that, no messing about but at the same made it enjoyable. I really enjoyed the week and was very excited to get going when i had been told i had passed. There is alot of work to do but all worth it in the end.

As usual Glenn Evans made the 2 days fly with an enjoyable and developmental event. Ably assisted by Greg and Daz ( doing his own requal ) a very pleasant, successful couple of days. Highly recommended.
