I recently needed to renew my FAW qualifications and like a few of us I left it to the last minute. I called Nuco and told them the problem and also the location of where the course was being held. As usual they were very helpful and reserved me a place instantly, even tho they were short on spaces. I duly turned up on the day and was greeted by one of their lead trainers, who had trained me in the past. There is nothing I can say to those of you who have been trained by Nuco before. However, for those of you who have never been trained by Nuco before, you are missing out on training that is of an exceptional standard, delivered by people that not only know their stuff but also take pleasure in the knowledge and skills they give you….nuff said 😎

Been with NUCO for over 15 years, great course, great to get upgraded again as an instructor, my only slight negative, had asked to get Naloxone training for my job, although instructor did show me the different types and gave some notes, we did not have time to get the training done whilst there, so no further forward with that. overall great people good atmosphere great venue would be nice if you'd came to Glasgow as well.

Very informative

I have recently completed the 5 day FAW Instructor course and what can I say, a truly exceptional training experience. I thought it was stressful at times, but with the support of the tutor I got through it. You must be prepared to put the effort in and complete the additional tasks of an evening, this is not a 9 to 5 course. Looking back, I am extremely pleased that I chose nuco training, the course material, supplies, structure, refreshments where spot on. The training manager (Darren Coombs) was a complete breath of fresh air, so supportive all the way through, his first aid knowledgeable is just exceptional. Don't let the thought of hard work put you off attending, all worth while in the end and you have the backup of nuco all through your training career. There is no other comparison.

This was an excellent course. The trainer had in depth knowledge about the subject and was able to use various resources and creative examples to support the learner to understand the course material.

Nuco Instructors are always notably good, the training aids a top, pre course materials in a nice folder with a usb for future training/study. I first used Nuco around 4 years ago, I'm yet to see the standards matched. Honestly for mandatory training courses I wouldn't use anyone else. The office staff are great too! 5 stars from me.

Really knowledgeable instructor. Lots to get through so the course needed to be well organised and supportive. It ticked both of those boxes and made for a rewarding week

I did the first aid instructor course with Lara. What a fantastic week it was! I learnt so much whilst doing this course and also did the Level 3 teaching, oxygen therapy and anaphylaxis management. The accommodation in Exeter, the course itself, the tutor and the class mates were all 12/10! Thank you to all involved and all behind the scenes who helped me. I highly recommend nuco for any of your training! Thank you again! Looking forward to the next one!
