From the first contact via the website to the conversations about booking my course NUCO were brilliant. Then I met the instructor. I believe I am a good first aid instructor. I hope that I am half as good as a Paul. The 3 days flew by. I would never use any other training company for any subject they offer.

Enjoyed the course, excellent but intensive and lots of work expected if you want to get through it well. Trainer was good, very knowledgable, knew his stuff and explained things in more detail which gave you a better understanding. The course venue, room, food, tea and coffee all provided were very good. I wasn't prepared at all for the work load, got through it in the end but if I had my time again I would definitely have put much more time in to preparation. I would definitely recommend the course to anyone looking to train others.
Excellent training course . It was professional and enjoyable and the trainer Paul McKenzie knew how to deliver the training in a way that was easy to understand and retain .His knowledge is vast , his scenarios , drawings and poems are second to none . He helped in any way he could nothing was too much trouble. He was organized and had everything to hand. You have to be committed to do the pre course work and home work and you have to put the hours in . I have learnt so much and would definitely use NUCO again as you are supported when you have finished the course so you are not left on your own . The food at the Holiday Inn was fantastic plus plenty of tea , coffee and biscuits to get us through our day !! thankyou .
I have done two course back to back so have trained all week. The trainer remained energised and inspiring though out the week and was very perceptive as to when the group needed a fun activity or were ready for the next assessment! Thanks NUCO I start delivering my first course on Thursday!
Good course, have done this course 3 times now, twice in Telford with Daz Coombes and once in Chatham with Michelle Emmerson. Enjoyable, informative and fun. NUCO are amazing in supporting thier instructors.
