Martin delivered the training with energy, clarity and great understanding and accommodation of everyone's experience. The course was interactive and not too didactic. Using the same groups for breakout rooms was really effective, given the challenging nature of some of the topics.
An excellent two days spent checking knowledge and learning new ways of delivering topics. The trainer was very informative and supported learners throughout. Nuco staff are very helpful when you email them too.
