We recently booked new build inspections to perform a snagging inspection at our new 3 build detached house. Our inspector was Ryan. He was amazing, on time, punctual and very professional. His knowledge and information about a new house was incredible and we couldn’t fault him at all. A credit to the company. The inspection was between 2-3 hours. The report was submitted a few days later which included photos with all snags identified. I would highly recommend new build inspections for anyone buying a new house.

A really first class service. From start to finish everything was done in a timely and efficient manner. Our inspector was professional and clearly very knowledgeable. We would never have been aware of many of the issues drawn to our attention. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to other potential users.

Professional, friendly and efficient service from New Build Inspections. I was surprised by the level of detail and the types of issues that were picked up in the snagging report. I certainly wouldn't have noticed or thought to check a number of issues that were reported, so it was worthwhile having someone in the know conduct a survey. It should also save me time and hassle in the future as these issues can (hopefully) be actioned in bulk by the developer now, rather than me uncover issues one by one in the weeks/months/years to come.

I had been advised by family and friends to get a professional snag survey done, as it had been one their regrets when it came to their own experience of buying a new house, with years of issues as a result of something that could have been rectified early on. Without a doubt, it was well worth the money; I don't do snag surveys day-in-day-out, and would have had no clue what to look for. A large list of items, and only a couple that won't be addressed by the builder. Thanks, Nick

These guys were simply outstanding in their attention to detail regards the snagging. I was hesitant to use a snagging company to begin with but am so, so grateful that my wife persuaded me to use NBI. I doubt the Developer/Builder was pleased but, thanks to NBI, were made to right the wrongs that they had done (or not done!!) thanks to the thorough inspection. This has saved me thousands of pounds and hours of hassle. Quite simply - everyone things they can 'snag' a house themselves.....but they are fooling themselves. Thank you, NBI, much appreciated!!

New build inspection are excellent company. They have carried out most professional snagging inspection. And gave valuable advice. My snagging inspection was done by Paul who was so throughour. He has inspection big to very minor details in very professional and immaculate. Would recommend to family and friends .⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

NewBuildInspections provided an excellent service, from getting us the first available appointment, to the actual survey with Jason providing us some useful advice on our future plans for the property, right the way through to the report generation which had a tight turn around time. NewBuildInspections were able to get us the report in time for our handover meeting with the developers. The one thing is that they are not the cheapest, but they are not the most expensive and are in line with a lot of their competitors, so its not enough to affect their score in my eyes.

Professional company that delivered an excellent service. Their expert surveyor identified defects and inconsistencies in finish that I would never had noticed. Thoroughly recommend this company. Very professional from the start with Karen booking our visit on a day to suit us and within a very short timeframe. Mark provided the inspection and was very thorough, he provided us an overview of what to expect, answered all our questions and found many snags that we definitely would not have had a clue to look for. David and the team were so friendly, professional, thorough and accommodating. I was worried we’d be in for a world of “why are you buying a new build, this place is falling down” but his critique was framed in a positive way 😂 in all seriousness, the thoroughness of his work was invaluable and a service that too many people think they can do themselves then get burnt! I can vouch for the fact that their report was immense and extensive and took our minds off the worry that we might miss something. 2.5 hours in a 2 x bed flat is no joke - they’re experience in new builds is a game changer for many first time buyers, and bringing this team in will reassure you that you definitely can’t do what they do, by yourself! I highly recommend them. Worth every penny (and then some, considering the amount they save you in snags!)

The surveyor Jason did a very comprehensive report. He was very efficient and careful. He phoned us before sending his written report so that he could discuss his findings in depth. Some of the snags we had already seen, but most we had not noticed. I would certainly recommend Newbuild and will use them again.

Very helpful throughout the process even though we had to change the visit date on several occasions due to the new build delays. Would certainly recommend for anyone buying a new house.

I was extremely pleased with the meticulous inspection and subsequent report produced by the surveyor from New Build Inspections.

As a Doctor empathy is something that is crucial to ones practice, being completely naive around buying my first home being bullied practically by Estate Agents - along came Lorraine from New Build Inspections. My mind obviously is elsewhere during this pandemic we have all lost so much, I felt completely let down by the sellers, bullied into decisions without making informed decisions as I was always given limited information and being led to believe they are acting in my best interests - I was wrong & the red lights started going off. Lorraine was a breath of fresh air, she has single handedly given me a massive confidence boost, helpful tips and streamlined what needs to get done. An empathic lady who was there to help someone and not just think business first. Superb!

I contacted New Build Inspections just before I moved into my new property, their freindly and helpful staff talked me through the process and booked me a convenient appointment. Martyn who carried out the inspection was professional and with a wealth of experience reassured me that spending money on an inspection would be worth it! Martyn has also answered some ad hoc questions I forgot to ask on the day. My report was produced quickly and the team were happy to make suggested amends. Overall a very professional, efficient and invaluable service, would highly reccomend.
