I honestly don't know how the people at Missouri Wind and Solar can afford to give the service that they provide. We have only solar and wind power, and have purchased from them repeatedly, including our wind turbine. The fast service and quality products are only part of it. They have provided technical guidance worth $$$. It's not just one expert there, either; we've gotten help from several different folks. This time we needed to replace a relay, and it was shipped within an hour of payment, in time to go out in the morning mail. These folks are among the finest out there.

American made products that's very important to me, also your Missouri Wind turbines work great and I can actually get replacement parts easier , where our property is located others living near me are asking questions about installing these for them , just wondering if you have a short book of information so I can explain it better to others who want me to install turbines for them, many people could DO This on there own many don't want to try, they would rather pay for someone to install it, I learned the hard way but I now have totally off the grid living, plus a few solar panels, I use a fork lift Battery , with that much power you can actually arc weld or run everything in your house at the same time not recommended for for more than a few hours , could burn up your inverter depending how big your Inverter is ok I'm done for now

My turbine is not installed yet, but assembly is nearly complete. So far I am impressed; the laser cut parts are very accurately made. However, the bolt holes seem to be slightly undersized; I had to drill most of the holes with a 1/4” drill before I could insert the bolts. An adjustment to the CAD files should be able to correct this slight annoyance. Given the amount of hardware and design effort put into this turbine,(Missouri Rebel) I am pleased with the reasonable price. An actual assembly/owner manual, with a section on support mast recommendations would be a nice addition. A .pdf download would be fine for this purpose. For example, I did not know that I needed to purchase a support collar and thrust bearing before I would be able to mount my assembled turbine. So far, I am a happy customer!

The shipping is really fast. The customer service is great.

Everything was fine with order. It took a long 2 weeks for delivery which was disappointing. After I received it i called for some technical questions, many times, on hold for around a minute you are supposed to leave a message. So after many attempts I finally left a message. That was now three business days! Not acceptable for any business?

They where out of a certain charge controller and so the upgraded me for free to the next size, good company to work with
