Products and innovations are quite good. It's the main reason I like them. It's fun to watch their technical acumen increase over the years (I'm an engineer). What brought their score down is customer service. As of yet they have not taken responsibilities of their mistakes (everybody makes them, what counts is how well and fast you correct them). The other demerit is their poor quality videos. The sound levels will vary from good to inaudible. The video will not be centered on what it should be, or out of focus. The homegrown, hick element is sort of cute, but as they continue to grow, less is tolerated in their videos.

Hard to communicate with Credit card company was showing four charges and one credit but it finalized with one charge and I had a charge from PayPal that was not mine that I had to dispute I had a zero balance when I used this card Other than that everything went smooth Mailed immediately and arrived on time

I bought the 1600 Watt Missouri Raptor G5 70 Inch Diameter 5 Blade Freedom Wind Turbine And I really like it it works awesome I only have it at 45 feet but I’m still getting paid charge 10 to 15 to 20 amp on the 20 mile an hour wind The best wind I’ve had so far was 54 miles an hour gusty wind I was getting up to 73 amp charge on a 12 V system and I find it very very quiet and I found their service very helpful and quick and responsive any questions they can answer the answer

This company had the cheapest prices on MPPT charge controllers. They are a locally owned and operated business in Missouri. I don't think they offer any guarantees beyond the manufacturers. They were very helpful in suggesting a set-up for my 10700watt solar array. Received my items quickly and in good condition. Thanks!
