Part of my order shipped directly from the manufacturer, that shipment didn't give me any shipment confirmation emails nor tracking info. Communication was great regarding the items shipped from Missouri wind and solar. Everything arrived in good time. However, I haven't been home to check out my purchases yet.

The Freedom 2 I bought, 1600 watt needs about 30mph steady to charge batteries under VERY little load (100watt) plus, I have 800ah in my 6v battery set up. I guess I should have bought a bigger one. They have great shipping though. Everything I've purchased each showed up within a week.

Todo llegó lo unico que la demora en uno de los artículos se retraso y no me avisaron a tiempo. Luego de varias comunicaciones por email, me indican que el midnite fue enviado aparte. All item recived, but one are delay, midnite send in split shippment. After many email says this item is send after because is sale by third company. All is in good condition no problem with any piece. Thanks for your service Tara Rippe always respond. Again thanks apreciate next bussines.

I purchased 2 of their 11-blade wind turbines a couple of years ago, and put one up a week ago. I had questions, of course, and I found the mwands email responses very helpful. One of the wind turbines came missing one of blades, and they sold me another one at their cost (since I didn't check when I received the wind turbine 2 years ago). I find their products to be excellent and as advertised. I think they could improve their product manuals, but I have found them to be adequate.
