I ordered laundry liquid & softener again plus white vinegar & some shampoo/conditioner in glass bottles which were a great sale price. I can’t recommend these products enough, especially for laundry. Washing smells lovely afterwards and is much softer than smol, which I used to use. I only dropped one star as the refill tubs were damaged in transit - but no leaks.

I have purchased a number of items from Miniml and they have all been excellent. I particularly like the hand washes, which are both environmentally friendly and very effective.

This laundry detergent/softner is great value for money (unlike mant eco brands) and smells amazing when I take my washing out of the machine. Love it!

Been using these products for almost 2 years now. We got a complimentary range of them from the builder, when we moved into our new home. Now on our 3rd lit of 5ltr refills. Going to try their washing up, and laundry range next.

First time ordering direct from Miniml. Placing order was very easy and was delivered on time, with tracking available. Not started these products yesterday but they smell lovely and I'm sure they'll work as well as the hand wash and washing up liquid we've had before.

I really wanted to start using chemical free products. My friend recommended miniml and to be honest I haven’t looked back. The cleaning products are brilliant I love the vinegar and rhubarb one and apple washing up liquid. The mint toilet cleaner leaves my loo sparkling clean. I have karndean floors but have had to buy the expensive Karen floor liquid. Not anymore the almond liquid leaves my floors looking lovely. At 67 it just shows you are never too old to change your ways and help the environment. Great product great price. Thank you.

My goods were delivered by a nice young man who was helpful. The packaging was in good condition.

Rated on Miniml service and not delivery - yodel are separate and I don’t agree Miniml should take a lesser star for the farce yodel caused. We opted to trial miniml products to help reduce our single use plastic usage. The products smell amazing so far and are kind to my sensitive skin. There is plenty of variety and surprising items I did not expect. We will certainly be using again and buying larger refills. We did buy the glass soap which is stylist when it arrives but delivery with Yodel caused issues and my first parcel was damaged and lost in the warehouse. Miniml Customer service were great sorting this issue. My order was resent promptly and I was able to receive my parcel albeit 2 weeks later but I’m very pleased with the contents. Will be reordering soon. Thanks Miniml
