Very happy with product. Clothes are clean and smell amazing, would definitely recommend.

I am a first time customer with this company so, obviously, was apprehensive. My first order was damaged by the courier but Miniml were fantastic and immediately offered me either a full refund or replacement. I'm glad I chose replacement as the products smell fantastic, do the job perfectly, don't affect me partners allergies and are such good value for money. Excellent product, excellent customer service. Definitely ordering again.

We are trying to reduce single plastic use and Miniml has a lot of varied products at a reasonable price. Delivery was very quick. Very impressed so far!

Love these products. Little bit annoying that the parcel couldn't be left in a safe place but thankfully I was in the next day.

The customer service from miniml is fantastic, I can't fault them. However, both of my deliveries were lost with the delivery company and I had to wait for them both which is inconvenient for a big household.

I love Miniml products and the ethical nature of them but I do find the washing up liquid can become ‘gloopy’ over time. Why is this happening?

Absolutely love Miniml products and what the company stands for. Previously had an issue with long shipping times but last time was absolutely fine. I wish more people would consider using companies like this as it’s so easy to order, easy to send empties, prices are definitely reasonable AND we’re being kinder to the planet. I no longer have the need to buy single use plastic bottles💛

Quick delivery, well hidden from public view.

I’ve cancelled my subscription due to orders arriving late multiple times. Twice I’ve had deliveries with missing items and it’s been difficult to get through to someone to discuss. I love the products but customer service is awful.

Great product great service

My hand soap smells good and doesn’t dry my skin as much as some soaps. The only negative was the 5l container was dented and dirty, so I had to clean it before decanting the hand soap.

Great ethical company to order from. Really pleased with the delivery of vinegar, great for launders and cleaning at a really good price and quick delivery too.

Had high hopes for this as smelt lovely and clean when I did my washing (unlike other non toxic brands) but my little boy came up in a rash all over after I’d washed his clothes in this and I hadn’t changed anything other than my washing stuff so wouldn’t have been anything else. Disappointed.

Excellent cleaning products. I use their peppermint toilet cleaner and rhubarb vinegar. I highly recommend them for natural cleaning power and great prices.Thanks Miniml!
