I find the subscription ordering easy to manage. Being able to add or delay items as needed. Previously I had difficulty ordering a one off item, but an add item and then tick for it to be a one off appears to have been added to the page and so has made it easier now and I had no difficulty this time.

We were tired of single use plastics of big brands' cleaning and personal care products, and Miniml has been a perfect alternative! The idea of reusing 5L refill containers is wonderful, and financially, it's only a tiny stretch from what we used to pay (we did detailed financial analysis, and even if we change all our cleaning and personal care products to Miniml, it only costs £3 more per litre all together!). We are also very happy with the quality of their products. Scents are unique but very gentle, and they don't suffocate me like our previous bathroom/floor cleaning sprays did. The only drawback is they don't always have their all products on stock, but customer services are wonderful and their friendly team personally follow up on the status of your order if any delays are anticipated. I've started my Miniml life only recently, but my experience with them so far is wonderful. Highly recommend!!

Gradually moving over to Miniml products. So far very pleased with anti bacterial surface cleaner, hydrating shampoo and conditioner. Prompt response when the delivery was messed up by Evri with goods sent immediately on next day delivery.

Advertising was clear and provided facts about it not containing chemicals and parabens. First order took a while to come but second order arrived much quicker.

It’s such a shame I have to leave this review however I am appalled by the customer service of Minimal Refills. I ordered for the first time 6 items. The delivery took two weeks to arrive and when it did arrive the box was sodden and two of the glass bottles had smashed, which is no surprise as there was no protection except some brown paper, which for 6 glass bottles was never going to suffice. This alone I can deal with however I have emailed Minimal customer service 3 times and had no response to my issue. I would not order from this company again.

Products are lovely but delivery is dreadful. Ordered mid January and got the first part of my order after 2 weeks with one item still outstanding. Fed Ex have tried to deliver the outstanding item this week but couldn't, despite a note telling them to leave it at the door 🤷‍♀️ I actually give up. I really like the products but I'll never order direct from Miniml again 😡

I have always loved your products, finally decided to order them directly from you. The lovely local shop I use regularly is closing down at the end of March.

Products good, delivery good, returning empty containers good. What more can I ask for.

I did not receive the goods for a long time after ordering, with no updates. And the vinegar smell I found noticable.
