I received my order within days and It was well packaged. I really love the gentle smell of the tropical coconut on my washing. I can't believe how much softer the clothes are with this fabric conditioner too! Most importantly it has no nasties which is what I was looking for. I have tried others but this is my favourite.
I first came across Miniml products at my local Oxfam shop. I was really impressed and decided to buy larger quantities directly from them. I particularly like the Wild Rhubarb and Lemon Washing Up Liquid. I've used quite a few different eco washing up liquids over the years and this is easily the best one. Cleans really well and gets rid of all food smells.
I bought some laundry liquid and fabric softener. They are wonderful. Not only do my clothes feel fresh, but they smell wonderful! I switched from using store-bought 2 in 1 powder after finding a build-up of power residue in my washing machine that took a bunch of products to clean. I think using Laundry Liquids will prevent this issue from happening in the future. And now, with Miniml, I get the added bonus of recycling my plastics.
This is now the 2nd time my Order hasn't arrived. Supposedly got damaged (again) in transit. Stop using Yodel if they cant keep products in one piece.
When yodel lost my order I emailed to ask what to do. Within an hour I had received a response asking if I would like my order reshipped or if I would prefer to have a refund. I obviously asked for it to be reshipped and I received it a couple days later. Great customer service
