I have switched over to miniml for laundry liquid washing up liquid and multi surface spray and have no complaints about any of it. The laundry liquid gets the washing clean and removes stains and sweat. I love the fact it has very few ingredients and the scent is not super strong. The washing up liquid is brilliant and great for my sensitive skin and cuts through Greece and I love the scent of the multi surface spray, blood orange. I find it great value for money, I buy the 5L containers and won’t be switching back to anything else.

Sent for pack of starter gear after seeing my daughter’s products. Love the concept and the perfumes - especially the mint toilet cleaner. Still not tried some of the items but very impressed so far.

Miniml products are great, but their subscription are poor. I have been on a subscription for a couple of months now and I have ended up with products I that I have not wanted multiple times due to not being warned by email when the subscription is about to renew. When I have contacted them about this issue they did not do anything about it and just told me to check my spam. Unfortunately the whole point of a subscription is to have something you want, when you want it. I was forced to have way more than I needed because they couldn't cancel the order and they couldn't sort out the fact that I wasn't receiving emails. Overall great quality of products and poor customer service.

Love all of the miniml cleaning products. They are effective at cleaning but they also smell so good, the house smells lovely after cleaning.
