I ordered the white vinegar with wild rhubarb the smell is not nice at all I really think I’ve made a mistake I’ll have to use it as I also purchased the large refills but don’t think ill buy again

The products were delivered as expected and packaged so that there we no spills. Haven't used them yet but will be soon.

Ok, so for the past 2 years I've gradually become so much more aware of what I'm not only putting into my body, but also onto my body that's absorbed by the skin. There are so many toxic ingredients in the high street name brands when it comes to washing detergents and fabric softener. I thought I would give these guys a try. We've been using a fairly good non chemical washing detergent for a while and I was initially just looking at finding a fabric softener to fit our bill. Wow is all I can say! Miniml fabric softener is amazing! How it leaves your clothes feeling is just so incredibly soft and I love how now when I wash my towels for example, when I dry my body I'm not wiping all those toxic chemicals and perfume all over it. The washing detergent is marvellous too! So far we have tried the fresh linen detergent and softener and I'm currently awaiting the pink dragonfruit as I've been told its slightly more there with the scent. Although having said that my partner loves that strong toxic artifical scent usually and so far he hasn't moaned once about his clothes not smelling ok so it must be good! Once u start your journey of opening up your thinking when it comes to what you're putting in and on your body, miniml are great products to get into. My daughter who is 9 and half gets really greasy hair so we have been using the pink dragonfruit shampoo and conditioner for her with a tiny bit of serum after drying to give it a little shine afterwards as it does strip the hair a bit. But in a good way, it feels clean and perfect if u struggle with greasy hair. I am 46 and my hair changes weekly lol wot with perimenopause so I've tried the nourishing coconut shampoo and conditioner and these are wonderful too, my hair feels so soft and healthy. Goods delivered very quickly, well packaged and good quality

Lovely products. Easy to order. Slight delay with the delivery but considering it was scheduled to arrive during a named storm, you did very well indeed.

The products that I’ve used so far are great, but dispatch time and delivery is quite excessive.

Great customer service and brilliant products! I’m slowly changing to no toxic for my whole house and minimal products have not let me down. They smell gorgeous and from the shampoos to floor cleaner everything cleans so well.

Great company and amazing products. I came across their surface cleaner in Aldi and had to see what else was in their range. I love everything. I threw out all the other chemical items we always used. Their service is amazing too. My initial order arrived damaged (likely due to the courier service) and with a quick phone call they rectified it and immediately sent new products.

I pressed wrong item ,sent message within sec to change my order and was told it had been dispatched ,I was very disappointed with the reply I received

Really impressed, quick delivery and a reasonable price. I have problems with my scalp but the shampoo and conditioner are lovely and soothing. I like that you can buy refills.

Excellent products. Cleaning level great. Did wonder if they would work first time, but Excellent results. I like being able to order refills with returnable packaging to be used again. A brilliant idea that works great for me.

Good product at an affordable price

I have only ordered directly from Miniml twice: the first time for Christmas gifts that got so delayed until after xmas I had to go and buy alternative gifts, and this month I had to go to a supermarket to buy non eco products as I ran out of laundry liquid during the delayed 2 week delivery wait. Unfortunately my 2 nearest refill stores have closed down in the last year which leaves me with few options. I checked Morrisons but they only stocked a few plastic bottle products, no returnable pouches - I hope this partnership is not what is taking your focus from reliably servicing direct customers and local refill stores, because something isn't working which is such a shame and this is making me feel so hopeless about being able to live the refill life. It should not be this difficult. A final gripe is that after missing my xmas order I was sent an apology email with what I thought was a £5 gift voucher for inconvenience. It was actually only a discount code which couldn't be used with any other offers so worthless really given the amount of voucher codes out there that make orders more affordable. I will continue to buy your products if I come across a refill shop or seller but I am reluctant to buy directly from you again.

I found this company on Amazon and saw that they were an Ethical Consumer recommended buy. The price if you bought a big one was really competitive so I just bought on the spot and I’m so glad I did because it’s a fantastic product! My husband approves and he’s refused to use other eco brands, so we were stuck we ecover, but I drew the line when ecover irritated my skin. So glad that these two have decided to make proper green cleaning products in the U.K. and not charge the earth if you buy in bulk. Can’t wait to try the washing detergent :)
