Preserving and delivery super easy and fast. Umbrella and stand are beautiful. The stand is a tiny bit too tall for our table so we will need to prop up the table. Slightly disappointing but I should have measured.

Researched umbrellas online and ordered an 8’ Swilt with sunbrella canopy. It arrived promptly and looks great with our teak table. I am impressed with the quality and the smooth operation. This company delivers a great product and I am happy that I found them.
I ordered an umbrella in Sunbrella Spectrum Carbon which should be a dark gray. Instead I was shipped a blue umbrella. It is not the correct color. I was given an email to send a picture of the wrong color and the email address is not working. I’ve called three times to explain I can’t send a photo. Then I chatted through the app and showed him my blue umbrella. He said that is their Carbon. It’s very blue not gray at all. It’s not Carbon! Now I just want to return it and when I purchased it they were very quick. Now nothing. Im waiting for a return label and have not received it.
I had purchased the wrong size umbrella and had to send it back, David Cohen contacted me immediately and made sure this was resolved immediately. Very professional, great products! Highly recommended!!!

Customer service is awesome. We have purchased multiple of the Push & Pop that are supposed to be a sturdier option, however, we still have issues with the limbs on the umbrellas breaking often and easily. Warranty does not cover this :( Umbrella rating would be 3/5, customer service brings it up a notch.
Our LED Swilt umbrella arrived within a couple of weeks of ordering. It is far superior to any other umbrellas we have purchased in the past (Home Depot, Lowe's). The raising and tilting mechanism works so smoothly the heather gray color we chose goes well with our gray Polywood table. It's perfect...we love it!

Umbrella is beautiful and exactly as pictured. The tilt mechanism works easily. There were some issues with some stitching and loose threads but customer support was great to work with and I very satisfied with their quick response and courteous feedback.
