Ordering was easy on the website and delivery was as promised. The quality seems great and it was easy to set up and use. I thought the price was great given it had a 10 year warranty compared to most others that had only one year warranty.

It purchased a second Midtown umbrella with a pole color to match the original purchase. Received with incorrect pole since the correct color was out of stock. Dealing with customer service was a slow process requiring email communications. I would receive only one email responding to my messages per day and no response on the weekends. In the end I accepted another umbrella at no additional cost but this was a two week ordeal. Midtowns products are great.

Beautiful fabric on this umbrella and the tilt feature is the best I have ever used.I bought the 10 ft size and was worried that it might be a little too large for our 48 inch round table, but it fits perfectly and it looks great!
When ordering the umbrella Midtown gave me a date the umbrella would be be delivered and it was within the date.Like that I could choose color of umbrella and pole

Quality is impressive. Assembly couldn't have been easier; opens, closes, and tilts with ease.
The umbrella itself is nice and works the way it should, but the light was left out of the box when my order shipped. I called and they are shipping a light, but I had the hassle of taking photos and time on the phone. The foot pedal on my base also has large chips in the powder coating. That is really disappointing.
