Ended up ordering the base for my Tilt umbrella,. The 55lb base came on time and well packaged for such a heavy item. The base looks great under our table and is really sturdy. I would definitely recommend Midtown Umbrella to anyone.
Original order arrived with a defective part, but a new part was quickly sent. Other than that, the ordering process was smooth, and the product appears to be of quality material and works as expected.

A++ for their customer service. All personnel that I dealt with made sure I was satisfied and had fast resolution. They went above my expectations to ensure I loved my product - which I do!! I had an issue with my frame and while I was discussing it with them, a frame, I got a notice they were preparing a new one for shipment. I would also advise to buy the umbrella light in their accessories - gives off a lot of ambience light at night time. Is definately my go to and will spread the word to my friends.

It was easy to find and order my area rug. I had bought some rugs before and knew exactly what I wanted. It shipped within three days and It is due here in another 4 days. I am sure it will be just as I remember it.

I would rate 5 star, however, upon receiving the Grand Square 9' umbrella, I was short 1 screw in the hardware. I called customer service and they sent me additional hardware (more than 1 screw). I received the hardware in about a week or so. Their Customer Service is very responsive and polite and will answer your questions and assist you professionally. The umbrella is high quality and easy to assemble. Important: watch their assembly on uTube. The instructions fall short in explaining the screw install as you need to turn the bottom base to get the first bottom screws in. Once turned the screws are easy to install. Also, if you buy the cover as I did, the stick that comes with the cover is only 3 feet long. I am 5' 8" and have to use a small step stool to reach high enough to get the cover on. They should provide a much longer extension stick. The mechanism at first was hard to crank to open but I have been using it now for about 1.5 weeks almost each day and it is working more smoothly. I think this particular order, the crank cable needs to be used a bit before the internal cable leading to the crank loosens making for a smooth and easy open/close. I am monitoring the open/close mechanism to be certain it will work without effort as it should. Despite the couple drawbacks mentioned here, I do like this umbrella very much so far and it does appear to be better made than competitors models. 4 stars.
The website is super easy to navigate and order from. Product arrives super timely. The umbrella material feel super sturdy and the led lights in the evening and night times are so pretty! I just ordered my 3rd umbrella and I can not wait for it to arrive!
