I am so impressed with Midtown Umbrellas! The website is well organized, the ordering process is smooth, the product is high-quality (10-year fabric warranty!), the shipping is fast and free, and the customer service is SUPERB. The cover on the umbrella I ordered arrived looking a shade lighter than I expected, so Nate in customer service asked me to choose an alternate color, which he shipped immediately, at no charge. He also sent me simple, clear video instructions on how to switch the two covers. I offered to return the unused cover - he said not to bother. His responses to my emails were prompt (sometimes within minutes), courteous and thorough. I really can’t say enough about this company! This level of quality and service is rare! Note: The Terylast colors appear darker (more saturated) online than they do in person. Keep that in mind, if you are ordering a color that comes in more than one shade. For example, I ordered Chestnut (Beige) the first time and Sand (Tan) the second time. Sand in person looks like the Chestnut swatch online.
It was easy to order, shipping was free, delivery was quick and as indicated and most importantly the quality of the umbrella was excellent. We ordered a second umbrella. Also the price for such a high quality product is really reasonable.
Poor customer service. My item still hasn't shipped, even though I was told it would go out days ago. No email from customer service telling me about the delay and when I called, they were not helpful.
I went with midtown as service is important to me and they did not disappoint. I received and email that my order was delayed and offered an upgrade with expedited shipping at no extra charge. They gained a long term customer.

We purchased a beautiful cantilever umbrella a few years ago. We had an EXTREMELY windy winter, We had to take the umbrella down. The handle disappeared. I emailed and asked for the part number and cost. They asked for a picture, which I sent. They sent a replacement at no cost. How awesome is that!!!!

Well the bottom pole was bent , called and got a replacement ordered but they reversed the addresses called to get it corrected but order sat there , had to call again and was told they cancelled last order and made a new one and it would be there by Friday which it was Wednesday already , received pole but a week and a half later
I recently purchased the Push in Pop umbrella for $375, after being drawn in by the promise of a North American designed, assembled, tested, only to discover when the box arrived it is clearly designated as made in CHINA! This misleading advertising left me feeling frustrated and deceived. Firstly, the umbrella's ergonomic design is a major letdown. The Push in Pop will not work individuals under 6 feet tall, making it incredibly inconvenient for shorter people. Anyone with a large table you have to use a tool to open. This lack of consideration for different user heights and table sizes that is not disclosed in the ad is a significant consideration for anyone wishing to purchase this In conclusion, my experience with the Push in Pop umbrella has been highly disappointing. From the misleading North American origin claim to the lack of ergonomic consideration I strongly advise potential buyers to look elsewhere
I paid for expedited delivery last Friday and haven’t heard a thing other than we revived your order. It’s now Thursday. We are now past 3 business days..
