The umbrella and stand are great quality. The reason I gave 4 stars is because there was no action on the umbrella for several days after shipper was notified, warranting a call to the Customer Service Rep. Soon the umbrella was on its way! I also talked to Customer Service Rep during the ordering process. Both were very congenial and helpful.
Ordered umbrella 7/13, to be shipped from California to Denver by ground, a trip which requires 16 hours by car. Was promised 3-5 days, which is reasonable in a delivery truck. FedEx never picked up till 7/18 = 5 days. FLEW IT TO NEW YORK to be trucked BACK TO DENVER. Est Delivery date? 7/25 = 12 days. Completely unacceptable.
I ordered one umbrella from Midtown as I couldn't find what i was looking for anywhere. Completely satisfied i returned and ordered 2 additional ones to put in my pool in the beach area. Solid construction, easy to operate. and the best part the umbrella fabric is removable and washable. Lastly, Nate provides outstanding customer service.

Great website - it was very easy to navigate and understand the different options. Once we made our selection, customer service was prompt, functional and friendly. When our umbrella arrived it was easy to set up, was as expected and looks great. We got the 9 foot tilt umbrella and we love it!

I purchased a Grande from Midtown and am very happy with it and their customer service. Setup was extremely easy. The umbrella frame feels high quality, operates smoothly, and looks fantastic. I was a little unhappy with the canopy color I chose and reached out to customer service. Nate immediately resolved the issue for me within 30 minutes of my emailing them. That's some awesome customer service! I need a couple more umbrellas for my backyard and I will be buying them from Midtown without any hesitation.
This well made umbrella is exactly what I was looking for to replace a “no name brand” umbrella that lasted in 2 years. The design is beautiful, and you just can’t beat “Sunbrella” brand fabric. Very happy with this product!
Amazing and seamless interaction with the company from start to finish. Customer service is phenomenal. Though we just got the product and set it up it appears to be very well made and the base was perfect. The base is a little smaller (and exactly what we were looking for) than what we had found from other vendors yet it is robust at 50 lb so it is perfect. It moves easily with the wheels and the two securing knobs for the pole is great. I'm feeling smarter now that I made this purchase from midtownumbrellas!!

Good product, good communication, and fast delivery
First of all, I ordered a different color and paid for the umbrella. Then I got a phone call that the color was not available. I agreed to take another color that is very light almost white. It arrived dirty with dark streaks on the fabric. The rolling base is a clunky design where the wheels show. I have another umbrella from Purple Leaf that I love and is beautiful and it was $500 cheaper. I called the one from Midtownumbrellas her ugly stepsister.
A company truly earns its stars with how it treats its customers. After Midtown accidentally shipped me the wrong product, they quickly resolved the issue, shipped me the correct product, and in an unexpected but highly appreciated move, let me keep the product that was the mistake. I love my umbrellas, stands, and my surprise umbrella weights that I didn't know I even wanted. Thank you Nate!
