I had a billing problem and customer service resolved it quickly.
Great customer service. When I received the base the box was empty. I contacted support and a new one was reordered and sent out the next day.
Let me start by saying Nate was incredibly helpful when I had questions. The color I ordered for the canopy was Terylast Off Cream and when it arrived it looked a bit more like a white canopy that had yellowed. Nate offered two other options and sent actual pictures to help me select the right one and he had a new one shipped right away. Now that's customer service! The quality of this umbrella is incredible and I'm very happy!!

Google searched wind resistant patio umbrella and midtown umbrella came up. We live in northern Colorado and the wind is merciless. Arrived quickly and the Maroon color is amazing with my cedar table. Tilt feature is smooth & effortless. Great protection from sun as well.
The ordering experience was great & the shipping was completed within days. I will be waiting to setup when the weather cools off…it’s 119 currently! I’ll return to review in the early Fall.

The customer service is excellent. Although we were not able to purchase a second umbrella (they do not make a 7-7.5 ft umbrella) they did everything they could to give purchase options. Great company!

I purchased a square 2 umbrella base for our 10’ Swilt. It arrived with a dented post (Midtown needs to work on packaging so it doesn’t happen). We got a replacement post (this took a minute to receive and it too was dented but useable). Now that we have the stand in use - WE LOVE IT. So low profile and sturdy, with two umbrella tighteners and wheels to boot! We will see if we need to get more weight but think it’s going to be perfect. May buy a second one.
They took my return & sent my new umbrella quickly.
