Both umbrellas we purchase work well. We had one problem with a defective bolt for our cantilever umbrella which was resolved quickly.
Ordering information was easy to perform. Umbrella and base were received promptly.
We had a warranty claim and were handled with prompt courteous replies. We had our replacement parts in just a couple of days!
We are very happy with the quality of our Midtown patio umbrella. I had a problem and contacted Midtown by email and the trouble was quickly resolved. They had the needed part on its way immediately. Nate was very helpful and again Midtown’s Customer Service is second to none. I have recommended Midtown to several friends and family members already and will continue to do so. I want a nice umbrella on our picnic table that will not break every time the wind blows. I discovered Midtown umbrellas and ordered one because of their 10-year warranty. I've not received it yet, but customer service has been superb! I'm sure the umbrella will be perfect.
This is our first experience with Midtown Umbrellas, but it won't be our last. We were really surprised at how quickly we received our umbrella and quite impressed with the quality. We're only sorry we didn't purchase it sooner.

The delivery of my umbrella was delivered to the wrong state and town by FEDEX. Midtown customer service was contacted and told about the situation. They responded immediately and arranged for another umbrella to be shipped to me. They were very helpful and efficient. I will review the umbrella when it arrives.
