Really good quality and the delivery was fast. I am so happy after dealing with cheap box store umbrellas and stands to have some high quality merchandise.
The frame of my Push and Pop umbrella broke at a joint by the sliding center hub. I called and spoke with Nate and sent him some pictures. After reviewing the damage he informed me that Midtown would replace the frame. Nate was very pleasant and accommodating. Within a week my umbrella was ready for use. If Nate is an example of the folks that work at Midtown, then they are a good, customer focused company. I’d purchase from them again.
Great umbrella for breezy days
Amazing quality umbrellas and some of the best customer support I have ever experienced. I ordered multiple umbrellas and the fabric selected for the canopy got delayed due to COVID supply chain issues. Instead of making me wait, Midtown Umbrellas offered to ship canopies in the same color from another fabric, entirely for free, and then delivered the original canopies once the fabric became available again. I've been so impressed by their customer support! And the umbrellas are fantastic too. I got "The Wooden" market umbrellas and they have made it through many bad winds and weathers and still look like new. Can only recommend!
I did alot of research on umbrella`s and stands prior to purchasing my Swilt umbrella. Originally ordered the 8ft, however when it arrived we realized we should have ordered the 10ft with additional stand plate. We returned and were provided a full credit. The 10ft did arrive with a damaged box. Nate quickly provided a 10% discount and apology. Upon receiving emails I discovered I was entitled to a 15% discount for their summer sale. Once again Nate was quick to provide the credit note. We are exceptionally happy with the quality and workmanship of the fabric, umbrella and stand. Highly recommend idtown umbrellas. Kind Regards

Our Supreme Cantilever Umbrella is well made and works well for shading part of our pool. After filling the base with water, we found a hole in one side of the base. Customer service was pleasant and prompt in sending us a new base. There were also two screws and washers missing and it has been taking a few weeks to get those received. Overall, the umbrella is very nice and we would consider purchasing another.
Our umbrella was delivered with minor shipping-related damage. Midtown immediately sent a replacement part. When I emailed them to see if there were any instructions on how to install the part, Nate said it is too complex, apologized and sent an entire umbrella assembly replacement. It's been a very, very long time since I've experienced that kind of customer service. Between that, and the superb quality of their product, we will never buy an umbrella from anyone but Midtown!
Amazingly fast delivery. The quality of the umbrella is superior to others we were considering.
Order process was straightforward, umbrella arrived on time, quality seems to be as advertised and price was right. Now time will tell.

I hate to provide a bad review, but you have left me no choice. I canceled my 1st order on the same day to order a different sun umbrella. They had me pay for the second umbrella without crediting me for the one I canceled, so I paid for both with the understanding I would be credited for the one I canceled. I have yet to receive my refund for the canceled order. I have called twice, and both customer service employees told me they sent it to their supervisor. It’s been ten days, and nothing has happened yet. I am very disappointed in the company not taking other people's money seriously. We all work very hard to buy and when we cancel an order the money should be refunded immediately. I hope you take this review seriously and refund my money.

Midtown makes great umbrellas! My umbrella suffered a bent lower pole in in a wind incident. The rest of the umbrella made it through that incident with NO issues. What great design and construction. It was easy to work with customer service to get the pole replaced under warranty. This is the best patio umbrella I have ever seen. The people at Midtown are great too!
