I have received zero word on the umbrellas! ZERO! Other than a review request and a reminder. This is just bad business. I chose your company because of the advertised lead time. I ordered 8/1 and have heard NOTHING! I will go on every review site out there and repeat this review if I do not hear from this company YESTERDAY! Unacceptable bad business. Currently would not recommend!
Excellent communication, Fast shipping! I bought it for our vacation home, I needed it to be sturdy and reliable. I installed it today, 8-14-23 and believe it will meet my expectations.
The umbrella is good quality and easy to assemble. The first umbrella sent was lost by FEDEX and Midtown Umbrellas sent a new one Good customer service.
Nice looking Umbrella. Everything about it shows quality. Same with base. Purchased it because live on water where it can be windy. Has not been tested yet. So we will have to see how it holds up. Also, good timely shipping.
Ordered a second umbrella with solar light this time and in a different color for my yard. Love the colors they offer and they are sturdy. They hardly sway when it was blowing hard in this area. Highly recommend their umbrellas.

I had searched for a company who made outdoor umbrellas for women or shorter people. Most required reaching way up to tilt. I just received my new umbrella from Midtown and it is beautiful and so easy to open and tilt! It was also reasonably priced and a well known Sunbrella material.
No hassles xchanging when I found our first choice was too small for the space. 1st class service and great quality.

the umbrella was assumed to be waterproof and it was not it leaks and rains right through the material. You are looking for an umbrella that actually acts as an umbrella and protects you from rain this is not the product for you. I was misled with the wording that it was water resistant. Fundamentally is not in rains right through the material

We ordered and unfortunately the 2 covers did not fit. I contacted customer service expecting to have to pay to ship them back and I was issued a credit and told I didn’t have to send them back. They are very nice canopy covers.
The umbrella is very nice and well made. I wish I’d purchased a 9 ft rather then 8 ft for our 4 chair round table…the first shipment was delayed a week or so and literally went coast-to-coast until i called to inquire. The company Rep quickly reordered and shipped express so it came quickly. I appreciated that.
Many things made our experience great . There was an issue that was dealt with promptly and efficiently . Very good product so far . Delivery was quick . All around a great experience !
This was the second time I'd ordered from Midtown. I inadvertently ordered a 6-foot instead of an 8-foot umbrella. The exchange was easy, but the umbrella didn't come when I thought it should have. When I called to inquire, they handled the situation quickly. They're a wonderful company to work with and we couldn't be happier with their product.
