Amazing customer service from Nate! After ordering 1 replacement umbrella canopy to see if it would fit and being very pleased with the quality of the product, we ordered 3 more for our patio tables at our condo building. Unfortunately the color was considerably different from the first canopy. I wrote the support team on a Saturday, and by Monday morning, Nate resolved the issue, sending us a return label for the 3 differently colored canopies, checking the warehouse to make sure he had the ones we wanted and assuring us he would send them out. We will continue to use Midtown for all our building's patio and pool needs. Customer service at that level is priceless. Thank you Nate and Midtown.
False advertising! You have a sale that is 15% off Then you say I get a 10% discount for signing up for text messages. Then you say 1st time buyer is another 10% discount. Then when I leave the cart, You say Comeback and get 10% off. I was going to buy 10 canopies. All I wanted was the sale price and 10% off. FALSE ADVERTISING! You can’t keep offering discounts on already discounted items before or after the fact. You are being deceptive by asking us to sign up for texts and 1st time buyer discounts regardless of your sale price, offering additional discount for comebacks, etc then not honoring them. This is deceptive practice by your company.
If the stock pictures of the cantilever Grande Round Umbrella specifically show a base, then it should be included with the umbrella. Receiving this item has been an extremely difficult process and I was so excited to set it up this evening. Midtown Umbrella deceives its customers by not specifically stating that their cantilever umbrella's base is not included (separate $200 charge). Unbelievable!
I am very happy with the concrete base installation! The only thing I would have done differently was to order the 11’/12’ grande round umbrella instead of the 10’. Information on the open area needed for size would have been helpful. But. overall I’m very satisfied with my purchase.
Nice easy to use product
Where is my umbrella, it is 2 days over due. You are very good with the notices but delivery is not up to par. I am becoming very concerned that this expensive item is lost

One of my umbrellas arrived in a damaged box. They gave me 20%off my next order of 3 umbrellas and I was able to fix the small damage to the crank in the first order.

When I placed my order as "Out of Stock" poped up. Today I received the "Out of Stock" order which I no longer need nor want.
It’s a very nice umbrella which is easy to put up and down and tilt. I’m concerned about the cord being exposed. I wonder if it will get rotten exposed like it is and will need to be replaced. Is this possible?

Nate Brown was awesome!!! I lost my caps to my umbrella base when the marauder raccoons came through and took them ( no, really !!! ) I sent a note and Nate really took care of me and within a week, I had new caps ! Awesome customer service !
