Very pretty umbrella, lots of options to choose from. Came with cap broken (delivered upside down). Customer service to provide a new cap was prompt and trouble-free.

The true measure of any company you do business with is their customer service, and Midtown Umbrellas measures up to that test. I purchased 2 umbrellas a few years ago and had a problem with one of them. With ONE email Nate solved my problem. I will never buy a patio Umbrella any where else. Great job Steve Dorsha
These are top quality umbrellas that are worth the extra money. Midtown's customer service is absolutely stellar. I returned an 8-foot umbrella for a 9-foot umbrella and the exchange process was handled with great care and they responded to an inquiry email I sent promptly and went above and beyond what I could have expected. I will only order from Midtown for my shade needs in the future.
UPDATE 6/20/24-finally received the umbrella but not the base. It took 3 weeks of me waiting for the base and I inquired where it was, they said oopsie, FedEx broke it let's send you a new one. Yet another 2 weeks, here I am with no tracking information and no way to use the umbrella that sits there. May 2024- I wish I could review my umbrella, but it's been over a month and a half and I still haven't received it. The base and the umbrella were noted in stock when I placed my order. 3 weeks later I reach out to see if it will be shipped and I'm told that the base was out of stock and they should be in that week. Fast forward three more weeks and here I am with no update.
Purchased 3 umbrellas with bases and weights. The wrong color was mistakenly sent. Nate from customer service was quick to respond and rectify the mistake. The correct order shipped out that same day. The umbrellas look beautiful in my yard and I am so happy with my purchase. How they withstand the weather is TBD.

Excelente service I was happy with midtown I had the umbrella base caps missing and I ask for them to be replaced since was missing from factory and very fast response and I got them quick. Overall great company and I’m very happy with the quality and look very sturdy thank you midtown.

Free, but not fast, shipping. Don't expect the 3-5 delivery window, that's just there to entice you - I spoke with a customer service rep and put that to him, and he didn't disagree with me. And don't expect prompt, or any, customer service, for that matter. Shop elsewhere.
This umbrella is flawless. The crank mechanism is so smooth and it feels so durable. The shipping was super prompt and the customer service was 10/10!

Beautiful umbrella's! The build quality is high and the sunbrella fabric is perfect on my patio. I purchased the 10' Grand round umbrella with rolling base and cover. The umbrella is very beautiful, the shipping was fast and the pricing was fair. The customer service is excellent as I had a small issue and they resolved it almost immediately. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality umbrella at a great price!
It does function as advertised. The big disappointment for me was how large and obtrusive the base and pole are. They really take away from the beauty of our pool area. It's like the size of a basketball hoop base, and it's just a giant ugly plastic block on the patio. The pole is so large and squared off. From the photos it was not apparent to me how giant and obnoxious it would be in person. I would absolutely return it if I could.

I bought an umbrella with solar light. Quality of umbrella is really great. Response from customer service is always prompt and helpful.
I purchase a pop up umbrella and a base last year. The umbrella was so easy to use and looked amazing. The strength of the base made it so secure on windy days. I had an issue with one of the arms of the umbrella coming away. The company sent a new umbrella immediately. Unfortunately the new one lost its button for putting it up rendering it useless. Again the company is sending me a new one. They are also kind enough to replace the part of the base that was stolen from me. I can't thank them enough for such amazing service and commitment to their customers. I will continue to be a loyal customer!! Thanks again!!
