If I could leave zero stars I would. I am SHOCKED at the treatment I have received from this company, not to mention the inconsistency in their messaging. I have been told multiple different stories, been hung up on, and told I would receive a replacement that I later found out was never issued. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. They do not stand behind their products and are extremely rude when you call out their errors. Do yourself a favor and order with a different company.
I ordered an umbrella and base. It has not shown up. I have called and no-one has any wanders. I am told I'll get a call back and have never received one. I was told to pick another color. Then, I was told that all the colors are out of stock. I get no eta on when my umbrella will ship. I'm really kind of disappointed with the whole of your operation at this point in time.
Not as advertised! The items are not in stock even though customer service says they are. The truth is that there is a back order of 3-4 months but the company doesn’t let you know and charges your credit card in full the moment you place an order. Customer service is unavailable to answer your questions. Don’t waste your money and time.
Product is good. Customer service is mediocre. I had to return two umbrellas and I submitted the return request. I didn't hear anything back, so I had to email. They did respond and I returned them. I then didn't see any refund to my card, so I had to email. They then refunded me for one of the two umbrellas, so had to email again. I ordered replacements and the product seems to be very good so far.
We’ve ordered 2 Grande Square cantilever umbrellas with Sunbrella fabric. They are incredibly easy to assemble and use. We had a minor shipping issue with one of them and Midtown resolved it immediately.
Great Umbrella! I was hesitant or order because I had never heard of this company, but the umbrella is just what I was looking for, color and tilting mechanism. Delivery was fast and free!
I love my umbrella and the size. It is perfect with my bistro set. Great material. Seems solid. I think it will last a long time.
Very nice umbrella. Have had no issues and the coverage is nice. I don't think the swivel offers much, but we will see.

Bought two of these one in purple and one in yellow! One of the bases arrived without the pole which likely fell off during shipping but after calling customer service they were quick to get it shipped out. We have received numerous compliments from neighbors and are really enjoying the shade that this umbrella provides and that we can angle it. Also happy to report we had torrential downpour last night with strong winds and the umbrella seems to have held up. Buy yourself one it won’t disappoint!!!
I purchased the slight umbrella and was really excited. It arrived quickly and then I realized I didn’t have a base. I went back online and ordered the one that appears as the add on to the slight. It arrived and the base wasn’t compatible with the umbrella. Umbrella is a square shaped pole and base in circle. I wrote to midtown and they responded immediately to correct and send me a new base but what they sent was another one that didn’t fit. There are no instructions for anything and I can’t see a base online that could work. I have now spent a lot of money and can’t use it. I went back to their customer service by email and phone and it’s been over a week with no response or resolution. Very disappointed

The quality, color, and function of the umbrella, interior light, base and umbrella cover were exactly as stated on the website. It was delivered promptly, and set up was easy. We did have a question about how to install the light, as no instructions came with it, so we sent an email to Midtown. We promptly received a response and easy instructions to follow.
