Instructions for a return was not easy for me to fully understand. A quick phone call to Microvisor answered my question and a refund was quickly prvided.

Does what it claims to do. Covers steam from front burners. Only downside is to get used to reaching over it when I use the microwave. Easy to install.

The product does not work for us. We have been trying to return the item without success. The address provided is confirmed by the NJ BBB as fraudulent and the merchant has been less than honest in providing us valid return address and there is no indication that we will receive a refund. We have notified our Bank and they intend to challenge the merchant on his dishonest business practices.

I decided to purchase the micro visor for my wife. She absolutely loves it. We upgraded our appliances to stainless steel and got the micro visor in stainless steel to match it. It works great so far.

Easy to put on. We have a low Microwave and it is a little in the way. But works great so far.

actually, this is a great product. Well made, responsibly packaged. Arrived quickly! VERY easy to install. Works as described. Our cabinet above the microwave used to get condensation when we were boiling anything on it before the MICROVISOR was installed. After installing the MICROVISOR just before Thanksgiving we were able to see the benefits of having the MICROVISOR. No more condensation!

Great product, does control a lot of steam going to the ceiling and sweating the microwave door above. Have had to lift food higher to clear the little stick out of hood visor to put food in micro, but this is not the company fault. The visor is worth it. Bought by sister, Debbie, at my recommendation and installing.

Purchaed online and was able to figure out the right model I needed with ease from the dimensions shown for each product. Shipping was lightning fast, arrived the next day. Installation was a breeze and was able to put it on by myself without assistance. Tested and it really does work, all steam/ smoke was captured and drawn up the microwave vent as advertised.

Easy installation, NO MORE MORE HOT MICROWAVE HANDLE, YES YES YES. Can I get on of your stickers to put on it, mine came with none.

overall concept is good, but the product metal is too thin, therefore very flimsy and easily bent by knocking it while setting down or picking up a pot off the cooktop appears to be very cheap!
