product did not solve the problem, steam saturating my cabinets. I am returning product owe and $18 restocking fee that I was not aware of. I am not a Happy camper.

The Microvisor Hood turns out to be exactly what we needed to make our microwave exhaust fan do its job effectively when we use the front burners.

It was easy to install and matches the SS finish on the microwave. It is also easy to remove when not required

Every time we would cook previous to the Microvisor Hood, there was so much smoke even with fans running to try to push it out the door. Now I have NO smoke at all. This is a blessing and I highly recommend it to everyone who experiences constant smoke alarms when cooking.

Wife saw the advertisement and wanted more information. Looked 0nline, read reviews. Apparently Microvisor customer service could use some additional training. Luckily I didn't need to call for any additional help. Install was a breeze. Only NEGATIVE is you have to get used to the overhang. You keep hitting your head until,,you get used to the hood being there.

Great customer service during the ordering process. Shipped timely. And easy installation! It took less than 15 minutes to open, read directions, and complete the installation. Thank you!

Finally got ahold of, I suspect the owner (I can't believe it would be an employee that rude), told him that I wanted to return the hood and explained why that the hood was getting in the way of cooking and being able to safely use. He said to use the thumbscrew and remove it while cookin ony takes 30 seconds. Really I bought this to take off when cooking? The company does not tell you that if the microwave is not flush with the bottom of the cabinets, it sets to low to safety use. Brother this guy started his BS by saying everyone's home is different, really why would you not say that in your ad. When I told him I would like to return the microvisior for a refund he stated that to read the return policy and there would be an $18.00 restock fee. He also said that if it was used it was like returning tennis shoes that had been worn. Wow this company is not honest, once they get your money it's all over. BE SURE TO READ THE RETURN OPTION BE FORE BUYING!! AND BUYERS BEWARE IF YOUR MICORWAVE SITS BELOW THE CABINETS IT WILL NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY. Of course you could do as he told me and remove it when cooking. I will never buy from this guy again. Also the customer service email does not work. I called several time before I got that idiot on the phone. I also want to apologize for giving a 1 star review.

The stainless hood looks great. It was super easy to install and took no more than 10 minutes. I strongly suggest to watch the “how to install” video: it will help quite a bit.

Online purchasing was great. Delivery was fast, especially this close to Christmas. Product is well made and well finished.

I had a problem with my Microvisor hood due to shipping damage and customer service contacted me almost immediately and shipped another unit that is fine. The product works great because I have a couple of hot sauce recipes that require boiling jalapeño peppers and the fumes are very potent if they don't go up the vent. The Microvisor Hood met all my exceptions. Great customer service is refreshing.

Definitely what I was looking for. The fan on my microwave didn't work for the front burners. The hood keeps the steam from covering the above cabinets
